I cannot recommend Summit Remodeling highly enough. After a disastrous experience with a previous contractor, it was extremely difficult to find someone to take over a project which a less experienced contractor had botched. However, from the very beginning, Summit Remodeling put me at ease with their professional and transparent approach. Their team was skilled, efficient, and communicative throughout the entire process. They provided regular updates and made sure I was informed about any changes or unexpected issues that arose. Most importantly, they were able to fix the mistakes made by my previous contractor and turn my renovation nightmare into an excellent experience. Believe me when I say – There is no perfect contractors. Construction is chaotic, messy and nerve wrecking. What you need is project managers who will align all the stressful pieces, handle it themselves, and have clear timelines. Lorraine is very efficient, and Jen is on top of every detail. It is important to have people who see minor details all the way through to completion. Most of all their prices for unexpected changes were very fair, and I really feel they do not look to take advantage of you. Yes there were bumps in the road, but during construction there will always be unexpected things that arise. My project manager was Joe and I very much appreciated all the knowledge and expertise he brought to the table, and also the way he managed the different trades coming into my house. Overall, I am thrilled with the work that Summit Remodeling has done on my home, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy contractor. We recently had our bathroom converted into a handicapped bathroom by Summit Remodeling after having several estimates.We certainly made the right decision!! Jennifer, Lorraine and Toni were always there for any questions we had during the construction and the crew for the construction were here everyday and the bathroom was completed in the time frame that we were quoted. The workers were not only punctual each day but they cleaned up after each day's work. Our bathroom is perfect now for our needs and we are so happy that we discovered Summit Remodeling and we now know who to call for any other remodeling projects!!!!

Lorraine and team at Summit are wonderful. From the initial estimate to the completion of the work, everyone was professional, communicative and considerate. They helped me convert an office space into a beautiful 1 bedroom suite for my mom. We were very pleased with the finished product.

I had purchased a 2 family home in August of 2017 that needed a full gut on the second level and the addition of a bedroom extension. I have worked with contractors before on other homes and I am always cautious starting with a new contractor. I reached out to five reputable general contractors in the area and received detailed proposals from each over a 2 month period. Lorraine from Summit was very direct and understood the importance of what needed to be done with budgets I was working with. I choose Summit based on there professionalism and consultive approach on what was possible and what as not. The projected lasted more than a year from start to finish. Usually you would expect a lot of headaches but I was happy to report that everything was rather smooth and executed as discussed. The Summit team was always attentive to my needs and helped achieve goals on a timely manner. Workers always showed up on schedule and if they didn't Lorraine and team were on it immediately. The quality of the work was top notch and all materials were as promised. I do have a solid sense of design but we all worked as a team to select the best quality materials, colors, and layout of all materials and rooms. The finished product was superb! I am so happy with the final work which passed all inspections with flying colors. Summit helped me build my dream house and I would highly recommend them. I will be using Summit in the future and highly recommend this team as choice for all building needs. -Rob Bilella

From the minute we met with Jennifer, we knew we were in good hands. She showed up on time and ready to listen (so different than other contractors we had met with). She took the time to understand our needs, had so many great ideas and completely respected our budget. Jen even invited me into their showroom to see the cabinets we were interested in installing and to make sure we were completely comfortable with all aspects of the project. She was so patient with my many phone calls and questions and had great design ideas (many which I used!). I loved that she helped to guide me in places where we could save money and was honest about other places it wasn’t worth skimping on. (Love my custom shower glass and door!!!). Jen was very clear on prices and the contract was very detailed so we always knew what to expect at every stage of the project. Walter and his amazing crew were phenomenal. I loved the communication with us as the project began. Walter always took the time to explain things to us and if any changes needed to be made, he informed us and let us decide how to proceed. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of their workmanship. Our bathroom and kitchen came out even better than I could have imagined. Their attention to detail and the extra effort to “make things right” was evident even if it meant extra work for them. They were clean and neat and cleaned up every day so we could continue to live through the renovations. Walter and the whole crew felt like a part of the family by the end of the project :). Of course, I must also give a big shoutout to Toni in the office who was a joy to speak with throughout the project. She always kept me informed with any changes or updates (and a laugh or two!). I am so happy we found Summit Remodeling. They truly care about making the client happy, which is so rare these days. I always felt like a priority to Jen, Walter and Toni and I am already thinking about our next project!! Thanks for everything!!

I highly recommend Summit Remodeling for all your remodeling needs. Summit is professional, responsive, and most importantly, great at what they do. We did a lower level remodel of our Split level home that came out great! We will be calling them for our next project.

We chose Summit Remodeling to do our master bath remodeling based on several recommendations. Jennifer and her team are excellent. From the beginning, Jennifer was more than accommodating. She went out of her way to help with design ideas and worked with us on our budget. She has a great eye and provided me with several ideas that worked beautifully in our bathroom. Much should also be said about the crew at Summit. They were timely with the project but above all, they were very considerate and clean while working in my house. Walter and John also had great ideas and feedback and their attention to detail was amazing. Since using them, we have recommended them to many friends and family and will certainly be using them again for future projects.

Words can not describe how happy we are with our renovation by Summit Remodeling. From the very beginning Lorraine and Jen put us at ease. They are friendly, professional, accommodating and always available. Bert is so talented and amazing. He transformed our home from ordinary to extraordinary. Lorraine, Jen and team are absolutely fantastic to work with in all aspects of the project. Attention to detail and quality workmanship were better than any that I had experienced with other contractors. Summit was very clear on the costs and met all deadlines for the project. Their on location staff were always so nice to work with, had a smile on their face and made sure our daily lives were not interrupted, a rare find in today's less than personal world. I will be hiring Summit again for many years to come for all my home construction needs!

We loved Jen and Lorraine ! This is a company who would go up and beyond for the client . Jen designed a beautiful kitchen that once was a garage . Words cant describe how thankful we are We highly recommend. . Will definitely hire them again .
