The salesperson who came to do the estimate was well informed about the product and its specifications. His quote was very reasonable, not the lowest price but with better value than the other companies in terms of meeting our needs. It was important that the new windows be retro-fitted to our existing frames, this was promised and delivered by the installers. As we did our research we had more questions for the estimator who came to our house 3 times to answer our questions. Finally we asked for references which were provided. The 3 referred clients were all very complimentary to Low's and their responses helped us finalize our choice to go with Low's.
