Majestic Marble Import Ltd.

We had a great experience with Majestic Marble! We hired them to complete all stone work in our custom built home. We visited many different marble companies and found Majestic Marble to have a great selection of stones to choose from, knowledgeable and friendly staff and excellent workmanship. We felt comfortable woking with them because they actually fabricate the stone selected, so the process from start to finish is much easier and faster. I highly recommend using this company.

We used Majestic Marble for the marble work in our ensuite reno. They did a beautiful job with such attention to detail! Majestic Marble provided us with excellent customer service and stunning work on our ensuite. Very reliable company who were attentive to our vision and cares about the work they put in. Very professional and trustworthy!

I don't usually write reviews, but my experience with Majestic Marble was so bad, I felt compelled to share my experience to spare someone else from dealing with this company. The key issues were lack of organization, lack of accountability and very poor customer service. Mike was my contact, he is one of the owners. Any time an issue arose, he'd disappear / pass me on to someone else to deal with, such as Teresa who writes his emails and passes on his bad news or another sales person. My experience: 1. I was looking for a marble looking porcelain slab in 10mm thickness - Mike gave me a quote that was in my price range and I was ready to go ahead with it. As I was ready to order, he then apologized and said it actually only comes in 6mm (making it not possible to use on my kitchen island). Instead of working through this with me, he passed me off to someone else to deal with. This red flag should have been the first to move on to a more reliable company, but for some reason I continued. 2. I visited the warehouse and found another product I liked. I tagged a slab. Weeks later, I emailed Mike to say I planned to come in later that week with my husband to look at the **exact slab I had tagged**, asking him to arrangements to have it pulled out so we can have a thorough look at it. He said yes and we agreed a date and time. We drove almost an hour to get to the warehouse, not only was Mike not there (????) his flustered sales associate (sister?) walked us around, unable to find the slab. She called Mike and he said that slab was sold and gone! Again, he wasn't even there to deal with it and said that the tag time had expired. a. I called ahead of time asking to see the specific slab I had tagged, if it was gone, why not tell me that before I came??? b. he said the tag hold had expired... there was no talk of that when I tagged it... and even if that was an oversight, why agree to have me come in if it was gone?? c. dude, where are you?? I made an appt with you! this other sales associate (his sister?) kept repeating "I can't say for sure because you're not my customer, so...." There was mistake after mistake at this poorly run business. I'm just grateful I didn't make it further along the process with these people. Save your time and frustration and steer clear of Majestic Marble!
