He seems to effortlessly manage the big picture – deadlines and budgets while paying microscopic attention to detail. His exquisite sensibility is unparalleled. Richard Manion Architecture operates honorably with the highest professional standards and integrity. Richard is extremely affable, relaxed and good-natured. Richard's phenomenal leadership and interpersonal skills allow for projects to run as seamlessly as possible. Many of his clients hire him repeatedly-as would I if the occasion arises. It's a no-brainer. You can't go wrong with Richard Manion Architecture.

I have worked with Richard Manion for over ten years. We as contractors have executed several of Richard's designs. His range is remarkable in that we have worked on a historic restoration, an exquisite traditional and a very contemporary beach home. What sets Richard apart from some other architects is his personal involvement. Richard's plans are complete and coordinated, but his participation in the weekly job meetings is critical to the success of a project. Richard is also very collaborative. His ability to keep the entire team, including the homeowner, on point is greatly appreciated.

Richard Manion Architecture is quite honestly the best all around architecture firm we have worked with in Los Angeles. While several firms will guide client's down a rosy path, RMA will always provide the upfront information on budget and schedule and always perform within those means. The architectural knowledge, along with the current code and city specific requirements make RMA a pleasure to work with as a builder and make the project move at a fast pace without delays and unanswered RFIs and lingering questions.
