At Mark Scott Homes, we specialize in custom homes, new construction and renovations. We also offer complete design services, and/or collaborate with other architects and designers to provide the best team for you. The majority of our work is along the shores of Lake Michigan and the many inland lakes of Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan. Many of our projects have construction challenges that most home sites do not. Building along water often presents an entirely different level of knowledge and expertise needed in site, soil and structural requirements, permit regulations along with many other challenges not normally encountered.
