We provide the value only high-quality craftsmanship and materials coupled with excellent service can provide. While individual components of projects may cost less, Metro works on projects starting at a total of $35,000 and going up to over $1,000,000. Most projects are in the $45,000-$450,000 range. KITCHENS usually start at $70,000, FULL BATHROOMS at $30,000, FINISHED BASEMENTS at $50,000, HOME ADDITIONS at $250,000, and MAJOR REMODELS AND WHOLE HOUSE RENOVATIONS at $125,000. Every project is different, these are typical starting costs.

Our first remodel project with MBRG was a major kitchen renovation. We were so pleased with their quality of work, their professionalism, their open communication, their timeliness that when it was time to renovation all of our upstairs bathrooms- I knew exactly who to call! Once again, MBRG came through beautifully...from the initial consult, to the design itself, to demo and construction and ruin between, they routinely exceed my expectations. I get SO many compliments on both my kitchen and bathroom renovations! Their craftsmanship, attention to detail and the overall beauty of the the completed project is unparalleled! 10/10 Would Highly Recommend!

The process of finishing our 1,750 sq ft unfinished basement was a somewhat daunting one. We looked at several contractors ranging in experience, and changed our design many times along the way. I thank my lucky stars we went with George and his team who made the entire experience so smooth and easy. They managed the project like pros, were as discrete as possible, pulled us in when necessary, and were flexible with changes. From start to finish it took only six weeks to finish and we could not be happier with the finished product! I would highly recommend Metro Building and Remodeling to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy, professional, high quality contractor.

The key with Mbgr is not that they are perfect (because no one is) but that they will leave you with a perfected piece of work when everything is complete. This is so hard to find. So many contractors will screw people over and deliver something mediocre or barely functioning. We’ve dealt with this in the past and we we’re happy to find that Mbgr goes out of their way to give you a product that you are truly happy and satisfied with. Christy is an amazing designer to work with and will help you dream up something spectacular. Matt is truthful with your quote so you don’t end up paying way more than his estimate and Steve, the carpenter, was excellent at everything he worked on and managed. Also George, the owner, was surprisingly and refreshingly hands on and attentive. We had Metro remodel our main level and finish almost all of our basement. On the main level they closed off our living room to create an office, closed off a third entry into our dining room to make it more private and created a necessary hallway (pictured) to a first floor bedroom and bathroom. The work was so well done that people who have previously been in our home can’t quite put their finger on what exactly was changed. For the basement they created a bedroom, bathroom, large rec room with bar (pictured) and playroom/media room. We absolutely love our new space. Everyone is wowed when they see it and want us to host more parties. What Metro achieved is nothing less than exceptional. I highly recommend MBGR. Their professionalism alone is hard to find and likely can’t be beat.

MBRG completed a major renovation of our basement over the winter and did a great job. From the design phase through final completion, George and his team communicated clearly with us the entire way so there were no surprises on timing, budget or what the finished space would look like. They even finished the renovations ahead of schedule! We would recommend them to anyone and will certainly call them again if we ever decide to take on another project like this in the future.

During October and November of 2017, We had our kitchen completely remodeled. Our prime contractor was George Kall owner of Metro Building and Remodeling Group, LLC, which arranged the design, electrical, plumbing, tile, floor, granite and carpentry work. The work involved about 4.5 weeks of almost constant attention with at least two workers in the house most of those days. The quality of the work performed along with the building material used gave us a new kitchen that we will both be proud of for years to come. Any homeowner who is considering remodeling their existing kitchen within budget and desiring quality workmanship could no do no better than to have the work performed by Metro Building and Remodeling Group, LLCp, LLC. MBRG finished our basement a couple of months ago -and we love it. They were awesome! We were always in the loop about each and every step of the process always knew where we stood as far as staying in budget (knew to the dollar if we were above or below budget with each item we chose. No surprises at the end!) . They were very professional, always arrived on time and kept to schedule, and had great ideas. Plus George and the team are super nice and friendly. MBRG finished the basement in our new house. We were extremely pleased with the whole experience including the final product. The design staff assisted us in choosing paint colors and other design decisions- We love the dark trim that was suggested!! Management thoroughly communicated each step of the process including keeping us up to date on where we fell within our budget. There were no surprises at the end!
