Krishna was the general contractor for us on a project that involved turning a closet into a bathroom. It was somewhat involved because it required a wall to be moved. Krishna got the job finished on the tight timeline he proposed and on budget. He cares very much about doing an excellent job, and that comes through in his attention to detail. Hes an absolute pro and i can't recommend him highly enough. We were very happy with the final product.

Krishna did an amazing job on our basement bathroom project. He listened to us, helped us creatively work through problem areas, and kept us on budget. His team and subcontractors are polite, easy to work with, and timely. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Metropolis Construction is simply excellent in every respect. They renovated our kitchen (including bump out), an existing bathroom, added a 3/4 bathroom to the attic, installed whole home high velocity air conditioning and completed numerous other smaller projects in our home. Krishna (the owner) is great to work with - prompt, creative, proactive, attentive to detail, always accessible, and extremely knowledgable about older homes. His team (including all subcontractors) was similarly attentive and creative, as well as polite and respectful. In addition to all of this, Metropolis was true to its budget. They had appropriate contingencies and really managed the project on time and on budget. Anyone considering a project (especially on an older home) should definitely talk to Metropolis - I recommend them to anyone with a renovation project.

Krishna at Metropolis did an excellent job at framing and finishing around the Stuv 21 fireplaces that we installed at a remodel on Lowery Hill. I would recommend him to anyone with a vision, because he has the know how to get it done.
