I thought that the customer service team and the hard working guys at this company were very curious and professional in all they did. They definitely went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I was especially please with how Janine help with with everything I needed .

Had my shingle roof replaced with a metal standings Seam roof, and all gutters and down spots replaced. Middle Creek Roofing did a fantastic job, surpassing my expectations. They were the most knowledgeable of the proper installation of a metal roof and the products they were using of all the contractors I got estimates from. They also listened well and answered all my questions. As far as clean up I couldn’t tell they were ever there. I would recommend them to anyone.

We just had Middle Creek roofing complete our roof and gutters. The staff was very efficient, polite, and hard workers. We have a rather large home, and they completed the job in 2 days (which were also very HOT days!). The price was very competitive with other contractors! We are thrilled with the job done!

I would highly recommend Middle Creek Roofing. They did a great job and were hard working, honest and professional. They use a GAF shingle and there is nice shading effect which gives dimension and depth to our roof. They also use a synthetic underlayment which holds up better then regular tar paper. I expect a lot from any contractor that does work for me and Middle Creek Roofing did not let me down. Job was started and completed on time. We had an issue with the shutters that where ordered that came in smaller then expected (not Middle Creeks Fault) but they took care of the issue and got what we needed to make everything look the way we wanted. The other thing was that there sales man was never pushy and was very knowledgeable about the company and the products they work with.

After the hail storm, I was concerned about finding a contractor that would do a good job, and be around in the coming years in case there was an issue. A local building contractor gave me Middlecreeks name. I was pleased throughout the process. The estimate seemed fair - I did get another just to compare. The men were on time, professional and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Jon was particularly careful to make sure the site was cleaned up. And Tom followed up to make sure we were happy with their service.

Middle Creek replaced a roof on my 3 1/2 story building in the city of Lebanon. Other contractors were discouraged by the difficulty of the job and over estimated it by more than double what MCR quoted. When the job was completed the estimated price was all they charged and the workmanship second to none.

This is the umpteenth time I have been contacted for a review. I will list my experience working with Middle Creek Roofing. 1. I was given a discount because we found Middle Creek Roofing at a home builders show in Harrisburg. After signing a contract and giving them a check I was called the next day with the news that the discount wasn't acceptable and that I needed to pay $450 more. This felt like a bait and switch and I refused to pay the extra money. Thankfully they decided to honor the original contract. 2. They gave me a date when the work would be performed. I made arrangements with my job to stay home on said date. No one from Middle Creek Roofing showed up on the agreed upon date. No call. No show. I had to contact them to find out that they would not be coming that day. 3. They called back a few days later with another date. They actually showed up this time and performed the work agreed upon on the contract. The completed project looks good.

My husband and I were first introduced to Middle Creek Roofing last winter at the Philadelphia Home Show. The salesman we met at their booth seemed knowledgeable, sensible, and trustworthy. We had some bad experiences with other salesmen coming to our house for estimates. They were always pushy, and their estimates were too expensive! Middle Creek's salesman came up with a fair price, and addressed all of our questions and concerns. We are very pleased with our new roof. The workmen showed up at the time they were expected, and worked quickly. They finished the main part of the house in one day! They finished up everything else by the next day, and did a good job cleaning up, as well. Our new roof makes our house look 20 years younger! We would definitely recommend Middle Creek Roofing to our family and friends!

I had the privilege of first becoming acquainted about their services at the Lebanon Builder Show. So naturally I thought of them when i needed some minor repairs/maintenance done. to my roof. The roof problem was taken care of with no problems since. The guy who did the work was very courteous. In a few years I will be needing a new roof. Of course I will be calling them.

I am extremely satisfied with Middle Creek Roofing, who I used for our full roof replacement on a Cap Cod house and attached garage. Because the original roof was installed extremely poorly, and I had installed a number of roofs in my younger days, I had high standards and expectations that needed to be met, no exceptions. Ben and his team clearly understood my expectations and didn't hesitate to take on the job. I was pleased with the product that they recommended which was less than my original intentions. This saved me money over what I had been planning and gave me a great product with an excellent warranty. The installation crew did an excellent job removing the old roof and installing the new. We had a few discussions during the process and they made the necessary adjustments without issue. I had a few spots that didn't lay down properly in the heat and they came back and stood behind their work and adjusted the few tabs. Middle Creek is not the cheapest, but I was looking for high quality and felt they were competitive in the high quality contractors I spoke with. I have no regrets with my decision to higher them and costs paid. I know it was done correctly and they will stand behind their work.

Middle Creek Roofing replaced the roof on our house. From the day they first came to give me an estimate, I could tell they were a good company. They were able to finish the work for me in one day and did an excellent job. Also they cleaned up extremely well when the job was done. I would definitely recommend them.

MCR replace the roof, guttering, and downspouts on my split-level, five-bedroom house. Tom, my initial contact with the company, was splendid in every respect and made me very comfortable with the whole project, keeping me informed at every step along the way. The roofers themselves were polite, helpful, and produced work of the highest quality. John, the supervisor, did an excellent job of managing the project. We had gotten four different estimates from contractors and were most comfortable with the representatives of Middle Creek as well as the detail in their bid. Middle Creek was hired to do our home and seperate garage roof, after a severe hail storm that hit Berks County Pa. The workmanship and clean up after they were finished was great. We are receiving a refund for materials that were not used. This is honorable and would recommend them in the future.
