We had our carpet in our basement removed in late 2016, and luxury vinyl installed. The first time the installers came they did a very poor job cutting the vinyl around two pipes and neglected to put quarter round around a sink. They also left a bit of a mess for me to clean, and well as leaving tools and personal items. They returned and put two white plastic rings around the two pipes and put cans on them to weight them down while drying. When we removed the cans, the rings still did not fit flush to the ground, and the rings were installed under the baseboard, which now does not sit flush. They also left a long space behind the dryer where vinyl is missing, and lots of dust in the garage from cutting vinyl. I did not want them to return for a third time. I would not recommend this company.

Very professional to work with. Installers were on time and provided us with a beautiful hardwood floor. Mike Kurtz was an outstanding project manager to work with as well. I would recommend this company anytime. Great job.

Mike did an excellent job. I was less than thrilled with his installer. The installer took hours longer than planned. did not put in the correct trim. Had to come back and fix trim and did not bring enough. Still waiting.

Mike was very knowledgeable and professional when listening to my thoughts and plans to replace my old carpet and entry wood floor. He gave me options, priced extremely competitively, and assisted in me obtaining a financing solution. I ended up doing all of the common areas of my home, some thousand square feet with new Arcacia engineered wood floor. The flooring installers were very professional and performed the monumental task quickly and perfectly. I cannot tell you how incredible the results are, and over a year later I still receive compliments on my floor.

Love our new dining room flooring and our experience working with Mike Kurtz and Floor Coverings International. Mike was very helpful explaining our options and what type of flooring would work best for our project. Having all of the samples right here in our home made it so much easier to choose a color and style, The installer did an excellent job and was respectful of our home. When we are ready for the next project we will be calling Mike again!

Mike Kurtz, and Floor Coverings International, were a pleasure to deal with. Mike came to our house, took measurements, explained in detail the options available to us that fit into our desires and price limitations, and then left my wife and I alone to make our decision without pressure. When we decided what we wanted, he kept us informed through every step of the process exactly what to expect, when to expect it, and did not consider the job complete until it met both his expectations and ours.
