Monica was wonderful. I am a realtor and my client hired Monica to stage a vacant unit. She recommended a great paint colour (not only for the staging, but for the new owner to enjoy) and staged as a living space, not a showpiece. Even the artwork was geared toward the demographic viewing the property. During the time of the listing, there were 5 units in the same building for sale. This one sold first and fast! After becoming very tired and bored of my brown shaker cabinets, I decided it was time for a change. I wanted the cabinets and island painted, but was unsure what colours would compliment my open floor plan. I read positive reviews about Monica’s service and decided I had nothing to lose. I have no regrets! Monica came to my home and gave me her honest professional opinion. She suggested what colours to paint the cabinets and the island and recommended companies who she trusted to do the work. Although she came to my home to consult about my kitchen, she gave me other advice, such as changing the size of my area rug, what chairs would like good with my table, etc. I took all her advice and I am very happy with how my kitchen and new area rug look! I highly recommend Monica as she’s professional and knows interior design very well.

Excellent staging by Monica and her team. Monica used the most efficient way to stage our home. She made use of our existing home furnishings and furniture, re-arranging them and turning them into attractive show pieces. She rented only a few pieces of furniture for us so the staging cost was well within our budget. She brought the most interesting and tasteful artwork and furnishings to decorate our house. She has excellent knowledge, she gave us great ideas and plans to work on our house. We were able to sell our house in one week!!

Monica helped us staging a condo unit tis spring. It was a wonderful job! Monica managed to bring up the potential of the unit, it looked amazing. The work was done very efficiently, on time with no delays. At a time when the real estate market was fairly weak, our unit got lots f interest and multiple offers. Her services became part of the value I provide to my sellers, as every single property she staged became a show stopper, sold fast and for higher than what was perceived as market value initially. Every home I had for sale that she got to transform, became a fabulous place that buyers fell in love with. Monica's attention to detail goes beyond "decorating". She asks lots of questions and builds her buyer "avatar" the way we realtors do, figuring out who's most likely to move into that space and creating her design to appeal to that specific demographic. The last two homes she had staged for my clients in June sold within a few days and both for over the asking price, in a stale summer real estate market.
