More Space Place - Jacksonville

More Space Place gave us a well-designed, well-integrated solution to storage in our kitchen. They also constructed an attractive Murphy bed. They were very professional throughout the process.

My wife and I are building a home here in Nocatee. Since we knew we wanted a custom master bedroom closet as well as a kitchen pantry, we called More Space Place to schedule a design meeting. We met with Andrea to discuss our needs as well as options that were available to us. In that meeting I provided Andrea with a copy of our floor plan as well as the measurements provided by our builder. We knew that exact measurements would be required once the drywall was installed. We spent 1 and 1/2 hours with Andrea discussing style options, materials etc. It was a pleasant meeting and Andrea agreed to get back to us within a couple of days with a rough pricing estimate as well as another appointment to review her design ideas. Well, it has been almost two months now and we have heard nothing. Warning...If this is how a customer is treated pre-sale, I’d be concerned how one might be treated after the sale. We found a professional and reputable alternative.

Went with this company because they had defined and installed closets in my condo. Fast forward 10 years late still the same result, they arrived on time with and extra helper, started immediately and were done ahead of schedule. Extremely professional (from initial store visit to actual install) and i would definitely do business again.

We have used More Space Place twice, first for his-and-hers master closets in 2011 and again in 2017 for a huge master closet in a different house. We love what they did! They came up with creative solutions to design problems and showed us drawings every step of the way before finalizing the plans. They were fast, thoughtful and responsive and the quality of the shelving and drawers is excellent. And, they were less expensive than the better known brand names! We highly recommend using them.

The experience we had at More Space Place was far more than satisfactory. The representative who came to our home was knowledgeable and listened to our concerns and made helpful suggestions. The end product was just what we were hoping for. The installers were efficient and very neat. We are enjoying our products and would rate them highly.

We got our built-ins around our fireplace installed this summer by your installers and are delighted with the professionalism and the quality of the final product. Diane Miller gave us personal attention in selecting the right cabinet combinations for our needs and took the extra time to perform on-site inspections prior to the installation. The installers were quick, professional, and left the work area as clean as a whistle. Thanks to all at the More Space Place!

We just had a home office with Murphy Bed and a master closet installed in our new home from More Space Place. Everything is beautiful and exceeded our expectations! Sue was a pleasure to work with and followed up regularly to see when we would be ready as well as the time spent in the office to get our designs perfect. The company was very professional, we completed a walk thru of the project. This gave me an idea of what I would be receiving once installed. Union reviewing the plans; I was provided a 3 D copy of the installation would look like. I was so amazed at the finished product. The prices are a little high, but it also depends on what you want as well. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
