I jest recently completed my third remodeling project with Legacy and each time Legacy exceeded my expectations. Legacy managed my project from end to end in a totally professional manner with the finished product I am extremely pleased. fter doing a LOT of research to find the right company, we chose Legacy and couldn't have made a better decision. If you are looking for the simple handyman remodel, look elsewhere. These guys are total professionals and were truly there every step of the way, helping guide us through the whole process. We gutted our master bath and completely re did it, going from an outdated jet tub to a nice free standing tub and a walk-in shower. They did such a nice job, we had them come back later and gut our downstairs bathroom and completely remodel it!

From the first meeting with Brian to the end of my remodel I had excellent customer service. Jerry, Debbie, Jeremy, Ritchie, and Scott are a great team. I remodeled my laundry room, powder room, study, master bedroom, master bathroom, and hallway and I LOVE it! So much fun working with Debbie and picking out flooring, cabinets, countertops, etc. Jerry was the Supervisor and always kept me updated on what to expect when. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail made this project easy and painless. I would recommend the Legacy Team for any of your remodel projects. You won't be disappointed.

From the very beginning of the project, things went pretty smoothly for us with only a few minor hiccups that were quickly dealt with resolved. It started with Jeremy Plambeck helping us to create a design layout for our new kitchen and bath, he was very patient with us, allowing us to make several changes and modifications until we were completely satisfied with the design. He then rendered a 3D view so we were able to see exactly what the end result would be. From there we were guided by Debra Nigel through the complicated task of making our material selections from the huge array of products that were offered, with her guidance and expert advice she kept us focused and on task, and actually managed to make the whole process of selecting from lightning, countertops, hardware, tiles, and all the rest of it fun and easy for us. She kept us informed of the detailed progress and progression of the work as time went on. We also were lucky enough to meet the guys who did the actual work in the house for us. They were very hard working, pleasant and courteous to us when we would stop in to see the progress for ourselves, never making us feel as if we were in the way, we greatly appreciated that. We did a major remodel of our house with Legacy and they were great to work with. Professional, courteous and most important they did the job right. Debbie was amazing and patient. She and helped us find the selections and colors that gave the house a modern look and matched our tastes. Legacy Design Build Remodeling practices a tried and true form for success-quality, workmanship, and deliver what you promise. Their quality products, design recommendations, and attention to detail are outstanding. Our kitchen remodel was preformed on budget, work was done timely, and is of the highest quality. Derek Chase was excellent to work with. I particularly liked the way he kept me informed about the schedule of who to expect at my home, the time they would arrive, and what they would be doing. Derek, personally, was there on a daily basis to make sure the work was meeting my expectations and was on schedule. The work crew was very good about cleaning the work area each day before they left. I highly recommend Legacy and would not hesitate to use them again.

Before I contracted with Legacy Design Build Remolding to update my kitchen, bathrooms and flooring, I asked several friends and family members about their remodel experiences. Every one of them said two things: there will be costs overruns and it will take forever. I’m happy to report that the only costs overruns were caused by unforeseen issues (wood rot behind enclosed walls in the shower areas) or by me changing my mind and requesting upgraded materials. But it did feel like it took forever! Obviously, it didn’t take forever; it is complete now and I love it. (That was the third comment everyone made – you will love it once it is done.) Jacob Randall did his best to keep things on track. Again, there were unforeseen circumstances like the tile installer I wanted to use going AWOL and replacing the painters mid job which added to the time delay. But Jacob kept the subs in line and pushed through it all. He kept me informed and was always available to answer questions. Jacob also came up with some very creative solutions regarding the glass shower doors and framing the master bath doorway. My interior design consultant enjoyed working with Jacob too. Overall the experience was worth it and I would definitely do it again.

Last fall we contacted Legacy to do a full house remodel. We have always heard good comments on them and wanted to go through the process with not a lot of headaches. Knowing that Legacy was not your run of the mill company. It was about a 2 month process. They take pride in their work and their subs. We really liked working with Brad and his mild manor in designing the new kitchen layout. We knocked down walls, resized windows, relocated plumbing. All and all we were very happy with all the work that was done from starting the project to the finish. Deb with Legacy had a very good eye with the interior design as I had an idea for what I wanted but she was not afraid to tell me what she thought. Steve who we called HGTV was also very up front in giving us his opinion. We felt assured with the two of them that we were in good hands. They were great and that was our worse fear in picking out something that just didn't go with the design we had in our heads. We can't speak highly enough of the design team. Big thanks to Mike to, if we had problems he was great in coming out and making sure we were happy. We would recommend you giving them a chance in making your old house look like a new one.
