The owner helped us as new homeowners understand what was going on with our windows. He suggested a solution and delivered upon his promises with an affordable rate! I am happy with Murphy's and will be recommending them.

Great work, Had Murphy's come out and give me a review on my front 4 windows that needed to be replaced. They were cheaper than the 2 other Contractors I had come out. They were able to book me in a couple days later and finished the job in a matter of a day!

I gave this company a deposit of $7,600 in September, which was 50% of the bid for Siding my house. I made dozens of calls to get a start date and kept getting put off, one excuse after another. Two weeks ago the key employee that did the scheduling was no longer there. I got a hold of James, the owner, and he gave me a story that his father had a heart attack in Wisconsin so he has been away. But he would schedule me next. I called their office this week and the phone number has been disconnected. I called James cell phone and the voice mail box was full, couldn't leave a message. Fortunately I paid my down payment of $7,600 by credit card so I immediately put in a dispute to reverse the charge. Murphy's did two other jobs for me earlier this year totaling $22k. I am relieved that I got a notarized Waiver of Lien on these jobs as it is highly probable that he didn't pay suppliers or sub-contractors, who would have been able to put a Lien on my house!

they did first phase on my window two years ago, and the window was leaking, it took two months to fix it. they did second phase on my window last year. and it leaks again, I emailed them many time, no response still. looking for filing an lawsuit.

Great company from the get go! James came out to our house and spent much time going over what would be done to replace our windows. He made us feel like a customer! He spent the extra time to answer questions and go over things we didn't know to ask about. You would have thought that the other big name windows people would have done the same. James had the head carpenter and Marvin rep come to our house and measure the windows and talk to us more about the process. I highly recommend Murphy's Window & Sunrooms to anybody that wants a top notch company with experience!!
