In 1973, Bill Neave founded the landscaping company that is now known as Neave Group Outdoor Solutions. His philosophy based on hard work, attention to detail and customer service allowed him to build one of the most successful landscape companies in the Hudson Valley. Bill instilled his personal values of honesty, integrity, being easy to do business with, and always delivering on customer promises in his son, Scott. Our unmatched level of customer service brought on the demand from our clients for more property services and other locations including Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT. As more and more services like irrigation, turf health care, plant health care, holiday décor, snow management and pools were made available we felt like our “landscape” name didn’t describe what we really do. The Neave Group – Outdoor Solutions umbrella was developed in 2011. Today our business is under the direction of President Scott Neave with support from a staff of highly trained, dedicated, and experienced landscape professionals. We strive to remain the leader in our field by training every employee in the company. We have employment opportunities for qualified individuals. Our corporate headquarters is located at 80 Airport Drive in Wappingers Falls, NY. We also have offices at 72 N. State Road #418 in Briarcliff Manor, Westchester County, and 65 High Ridge Road #488, Stamford, CT.

Neave displayed a high level of professionalism in this project and we are glad we picked a reputable company to work with. As any projects some issues showed up but once concerns were raised, the team was able to swiftly act on it and deliver in ways one would expect from such a company. Neave did a great job doing a rehab job on our back unilock style walkway and solving a drainage problem. The walkway is about 15 years old and needed to be raised and reset... it was turning into a river during heavy downpours and pouring off into a sloping retainer wall causing erosion and other damage. The team recommended we also reroute our gutter runoff further away from the house so they installed drain lines from the gutters to the far side of our yard. The team made the walkway look almost like new reusing the old pavers... everything is nicely aligned and tight, releveled and kanted to run rain off to the sides. The new drainage system for the gutters was done very neatly... hardly any damage to the lawn due to the install. The site was all cleaned up, no mess left behind, and where the lawn was damaged, new seed and hay was there. I am really glad we got this work done what with all these heavy rains and I am glad Neave did the work!

Neave Group did a wonderful job on our pool patio, replacing decades-old brick pavers that were crumbling and uneven with high quality stamped concrete. The new patio is beautiful and we're already enjoying our new outdoor space. I was particularly happy that they were able to solve a difficult problem with the way my existing liner receiver was attached that other contractors had hand-waved away without a good plan to address. They even completed the project months before it was originally estimated to begin!

We had a consultation with David of Neave group. Wow. Knowledge is powerful! David was so helpful and informed on the many options for our pool design and made really great and useful suggestions and recommendations about layout and gave us a full view of the broad scope involved in planning for a pool. It's far from digging a hole in the ground.

The Neave Group is comprised of several individuals, all with high levels of professionalism, all hard working and detail-oriented. They did a superb job transforming our property into incredible new areas, each connecting to the next to make a coherent, beautiful outdoor space. Multiple levels of complexity were needed to define new areas in the front, side and back lawns. They installed a patios, many new plantings and put in dramatic lighting. They were always attentive and responsive to our questions and concerns. We recommend them highly and without reservation.

We have truly enjoyed working with David Katz from Neave over the past six months and are delighted with the results so far. We engaged Neave for a consultation at the end of last winter and were impressed by 1) David’s positive energy, 2) his ability to quickly assess how to make a big impact with clearly articulated conceptual recommendations and 3) his extensive experience in the field. Subsequently, we retained David and Neave to develop a landscape design-including hardscaping and planting- for our property that is responsive to our needs. We have worked with other designers inside and outside of our home, and it is exceedingly rare to find someone who has the creativity to identify elegant ideas while having the practical experience to assess what it will take to realize them. His responsiveness is excellent and he is willing to entertain our ideas and incorporate our feedback. He has been transparent about timing and cost and professional throughout. Highly recommended!

We had David over for a consultation to look at our backyard and pool. We had some ideas about landscaping and pool reshaping, but David was bale to suggest ideas and concepts that had never even crossed our mind. He was very thoughtful regarding the flow of the entire house and combining the inside and outside of the house to utilize the natural features of the property. We are looking forward to seeing a master plan and liked that it can be broken down into phases so that we can then as our time and budget allows.

He kept our discussion highly constructive, starting with the positive and moving on to those areas of the design that need changing. Neave Group are truly professional. We were planning to build a swimming pool. I work with David and he respond to my requests and inquiry promptly. His attention to details and explained clearly on the project, and his insights are sound and thoughtful. Although my wife and I in the end decided not to build the swimming pool at the moment, we would have stay with Neave Group/ David over other company that I had spoken with.
