We now have the most beautiful pool thanks to Neptune. The staff and contractors, from the concreters, tilers through to the office admin and sales were very professional and carried out their jobs efficiently and with skill.

We found the team at Neptune Swimming Pools very easy to work with and nothing seemed to be an issue. All members of staff were friendly and very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. Access to the rear of our yard is particularly difficult but they made it look easy. We were thrilled with the final product and would certainly highly recommended them to anyone looking for a quality pool and professional team to work with.

They listened to our ideas and helped with choosing the right pool and fence for our property. The workmanship was second to none and we are in love with our finished pool. From the first meeting with Dean, I knew that Neptune Pools was the only pool company to sign up with. The whole construction process flowed smoothly and all their staff were professional and pleasant to deal with. I would not hesitate to get a another pool built by Neptune Pools. Contacted Neptune Pools for a quote to renovate our pool - essentially build a whole new pool in the existing shell. Dean came out to our house and after a lengthy discussion was told we would get a quote the following week. I liked Dean so was keen to work with him. However, the quote didn't arrive when promised so I emailed Dean to follow up - no response. Finally after another week or so had passed I rang Neptune Pools to advise I had not received the quote and could they send it through. The receptionist advised she would follow up with Dean - but now another couple of weeks has passed and still no reply. I've now given up and am annoyed by Neptune's lack of professionalism and time wasting... not cool.

Was recommended to speak to Dean from Neptune from a friend who is one of Melbourne’s best residential builders - Morcon. It was very good advice, We spent about 6 months researching pool design and builders and we did get quotes from quite a few other reputable pool builders, but the passion, creativity and common sense Dean displayed helped win him the job, Neptune were also well priced and gave a good time commitment. We wanted something a little different, that really utilised our space and would suit our needs, Dean was instrumental in working with us and a great upcoming landscape architect (Chris Gursansky- referred to us by Dean) to come up with something very special, we wouldn’t have ended up with such a great result without the advice and passion Dean displayed. Dean, Chris and the Neptune team were awarded best pool and landscape combination for the 2016 spasa awards for our pool and they deserved it fully. We love the finished product and couldn’t recommend Dean and the Neptune crew enough. They were great to work with, added lots of expertise to the project, problem solved well, delivered on time and on budget.

After receiving four quotes we hired Neptune Pools for a 10mx4m family pool. The work was undertaken in a timely manner with workmanship and quality of materials to the highest standard. Dean Jones was most helpful and any issue, for which there were few, was resolved in a professional and respectful manner. The pool was constructed on time and budget; we have recommended Neptune Pools to a number of parties.

We have had swimming pools in the past and at our last property we had it maintained by a service company. I asked them for a recommendation and they had no hesitation in endorsing Neptune Pools. From our initiall inquiry to the completion of the project we found Neptune to be professional in all aspects of the construction. Dean Jones had a great vision for the placement of the pool and a terrific understanding of levels and step heights to compliment our existing landscape. Dean was then able to work in conjunction with his preferred landscaper which ensured continuity in the process and continued vision for the surrounds and planting. We were made well aware proir to commencement of any potential cost adjustments and were extremely happy that there weren't any during the process. We were always kept up to date with timing and completion dates and advised of any changes to the schedule. The overall result has been extremely pleasing and have had no hesitation in recommending Neptune Pools to others. We congratulate them on a job well done.
