Nica Design Windows & Doors

Absolutely appalling service and if we could give zero stars we would. We hired Nica design to supply and install some windows. They were commissioned to do the work in December 2021.We are now almost in December 2022 and they still haven't completed the works. From 8 windows and doors , only 3 small sash windows were done in decent quality ,all others are either incomplete, poorly done or wrongly installed and one of the doors has been absolutely butchered. The management is unresponsive, they don't keep the promised deadlines and on the top of that they say "this things happen". I believe they wouldn't happen if this was a proper company with some decency. It's another lesson learned unfortunately.Stay away from them!!!

We have just completed a New build in Tunbridge Wells (pic below) and we engaged Nica on a recommendation. Avoid. Our experience was as follows: 1/ Ordered window and doors, it took over a year to deliver and install windows. 2/ First floor windows did not fit openings. First floor windows too small and Ground floor patio windows too big, which required multiple back and forth to resolve. 3/ Windows were fitted so that the windows now drain into the cavity. The patio doors all show signs of water ingress. (pic below) 4/ Did not deliver front door.

We hired Nica Design on the recommendation of our builder to install bifold doors at the rear of our property in Fulham. The doors were delivered on time, within 6 weeks of the order being placed. The doors are of high quality and well constructed. We are very happy with them.

We have been in cnostruction in london for 15 years and have used several window manufacturers in the past Nica Windows products and service are very high level. We'll be using nica for our next two builds

I purchased six timber sash windows and a French door from Nica Design. The products are top quality and arrived on time. We did the fitting ourselves so the dimensions were very important and they were spot on. Very pleased with the service.

The team at Nica really did an amazing job on our property. From the outset the customer experience was easy and I didn't feel pressured into making a purchase. We needed new windows and two large balcony doors in our new house in West London which is in a conservation area so the new windows needed to match the existing ones. Clearly this company had experience in this. The windows were great and fitted in less than a week for our sizeable property. Really satisfied customer. Great job guys!!

I've worked with Nica Design on several private and business projects in the past and recently. We are are a design and build company so choosing the right partners/suppliers to work with long term is of paramount importance. Nica Design not only provide very high quality products, but deliver on time and at very competitive prices. This company is transparent and has a consultative approach to all projects. I am exceptionally happy with the service, product and quality of workmanship from Nica Design. There was absolutely no hard sell from the start, which was a breath of fresh air after four painful meetings with the salesmen from other windows suppliers. We dealt with one of the company directors Peter Sas who did the initial meeting and maintained contact throughout the job. We ordered seven box sash windows which came in cheaper than uPVC equivalents from other companies and as a bonus the lead time was also weeks shorter. The work commenced when promised with no hidden extra costs. We had three guys in daily for four days and the house was left clean and tidy at the end of each day and spotless at the end of the job. The windows were fitted and edges re-plastered and repainted white, inside and out. This is a genuine company with a quality product, great price and exceptional service, I can thoroughly recommend. As building designers, we always enjoy working with suppliers that not only can meet our high standards of professionalism and quality but can also stick to the programme schedule and offer our clients a cost-effective solution. Peter was very helpful in working out a solution to reduce the lead time on our order so that we could meet a very tight schedule. Our clients were also very happy with the quality of the products and we would be recommending his service to our prospective clients!

Peter and team installed 2 sizable sash windows in our flat (listed building). Peter's quote was competitive but in the end we chose him based on quality, the knowledge he had and his nice personality. The windows were completed within our Budget. Peter is very professional and always enthusiastic to ensure that the work he carried out is in line with Westminster council's approval. This means he went extra miles to speak to our architect who submitted the plans for approval, which he didn't have to do that. The end result is we are very happy with the quality of the windows and the craftsmanship that Peter and team provided. I would highly recommend Peter and his team.
