We hired North Pointe to gut and remodel our kitchen this year. Dale was upfront about costs and lead times (other companies we interviewed were not). The project started precisely when he said it would. His team was on time every day, performed their tasks without disrupting our work schedules and they cleaned up after themselves every day. Our house is older (1936) and there were some unexpected issues that came up, as they do in any project. Dale made sure we understood the issue and remedy before performing the work. Our kitchen looks fabulous! We are very happy with the work done and would highly recommend Dale and North Pointe Interiors.

After researching other contractors and pricing, we selected North Pointe Interiors (NPI) to perform our remodel in several rooms on our first floor. We were extremely pleased with our decision as NPI delivered on the redesign we had been dreaming of for years. NPI provided skilled finish carpentry with professional touches and finishes. NPI (Dale Bartoy) is courteous, respectful and flexible. Dale is a prompt and a professional contractor who is only satisfied when his customers are happy with his work. We had NPI complete a new staircase, redesign a study with custom built-in bookcases, add custom wood wainscoting and crown molding throughout the foyer, dining room, study and family room. The custom fireplace mantle more than exceeded our expectations. In fact, all of the projects came out spectacular!

Dale is the most upfront, no nonsense contractor I’ve ever met. While every other contractor’s initial conversation started with a phone call, Dale is the only one who showed up at my front door instead of just a phone call. That was when I knew Dale was serious about the job. We did an entire home remodel that included a bedroom, living room, kitchen, basement and 2 bathrooms. From the start of demolition to completing the work, the massive project took approximately 3 months, which is already at breakneck speed considering it was in the middle of a pandemic. We had a great experience working with Dale on our kitchen remodel project. He gave suggestions that no other contractors gave us that really added special touches to our kitchen for very little cost. That is why we chose Dale. His knowledge for craftsmanship was clear as he talked with us about all the aspects of the project. I loved the fact that he worked with our schedule when we had to meet with him. Dale is an excellent craftsman who showed up early and on time consistently to complete the job. Sometimes we didn't communicate as well but we got there in the end and the final product looks amazing. He not only salvaged a disaster from the previous contractors but worked diligently around my busy schedule. He was trustworthy and I felt comfortable leaving him and his crew to work as I went to work.

We hired North Pointe Interiors to finish our basement. Dale and his team of professionals were the absolute best. From the initial consultation / quotation to the final cosmetic touch ups - the entire process was a great experience. There was extensive structural work completed that allowed the vision we had for our basement to come true. We were informed every step of the way of what was happening and why it was happening. We always knew what to expect. And better yet, the timing of each step was kept as well as the budget. There were no surprises. At nearly 1,900 square feet of finished space with a full bath and full bar, our basement project was a large one. It was a great feeling to know that things were always on time and done right. We love our basement and we are very glad we selected North Pointe Interiors. Dale was excellent at managing our kitchen project and lining up the different resources timely and efficiently. We were complete with a new kitchen in less than 2 months, which was amazing considering we replaced pretty much everything. The resources he brought in were knowledge, friendly, and respectful. We absolutely love our kitchen!!!!
