Poor workmanship, poor or no planning, poor cuts, poor attitudes. Only thing not poor was the price. These guys did a HORRIBLE fence at my house. Do not think they know how to build a quality fence. Beware! Said you can’t make the angle cut they left in the pic attached. Like a patchwork quilt. Split cap board and wouldn’t replace.

11\23\2021 Cookie cutter fence company!! No attention to detail, no pride, no quality and definitely no customer service. you are on your own! What we received is a mess.. boards not flush, cuts too short really believe from other jobs cuts. Fence slopes on one side.. our fault we didn't ask for a fix, husband assumed they would put concrete on corner (never assume), gates not fastened down, when hardware attached to gates on one the hardware at top is partially covered over by trim, built gates-not worth the nails and hardware it took to hang them, ugly nails and screws showing, short cuts, cheapest of the cheap hardware, large gate handle overkill on opening you could put your hand through hole created for handle with the handle on it, other gate is flush.. We were taken, we are retired all I want to do now is sell, but not an option! Getting reviews out there and reporting to BBB and State.

We North Texas Fence & Deck built a second pergola in my mom's backyard. It looks amazing. They managed to design a space that compliments the original pergola and the house, but it's difference enough to be it's own space. Plus, it's somehow so much cooler than it should be. They came back and stained it perfectly to match the fence without getting a single drop of stain on anything else--not even on the grass. Plus they showed up both times exactly when they said they would. We're really happy with the work they did and the overall professionalism of the whole team.

The company is a small family business. The scope of work was to install 18 post, clad them in cedar, to replace the fence caps and redo the trim work along the top of 4 fence boxes. The results: 1) the fence caps had small separations between them and not tightly finished; 2) the trim work along the top of 3 of the 4 fence boxes left gaps and not well finished; 3) my yardman noticed that the cladding around the posts was loosely nailed and falling of; 4) they did not clean up well after themselves leaving cement on top of my plant ledges; and 5) lack of good customer service. I left several voice mails, and e-mails. Promises were made at first to return and fix the problem. Ultimately, I received no responses. I would not recommend them due to very low quality and poor customer service.

Service was sub-par. We have called and emailed North Texas Fence & Deck to resolve the issues. They make promises on the phone and via email that they will come fix it. They never show up. Nothing worse then having a company promise to resolve issues and then totally ignore their promises. Pick another company.

Very good quality and quick response. Very friendly and courtesy. Reasonable price. We will likely hire them again in the future for additional work. Recommended.
