On each project, we visit the home to learn your specific needs and review the existing conditions. Our computerized estimates are then completed based on the scope of the project and a written proposal is presented to the homeowner. The duration of a project depends on the scope of work and the lead times for various project materials to arrive. Often we schedule the start of project based on the arrival of major long lead time items. Our homeowners are given detailed schedules on all major projects and are constantly updated during the project cycle. We take pride in the quality of our work, and the willingness to perform even the most menial tasks to remove project obstacles and get the job done. I had four companies give me quotes on rebuilding my deck. One did it over the phone, three came out to meet with me. Of those three, two were interested in just "the bare minimum" information, to get the job done. Nick was the only one who asked a lot of questions and shared ideas he had for improvements. With Nick's questions and suggestions, I could tell a few things. One, he had experience and that is important. Two, he's thinking about the project and what I might want and what it would take for him to do it, rather than just "bidding on a job". And three, his goal is NOT to just come in and slap up a new deck and move on to the next one. He wants to do quality work that the customer will be very happy with. So, I hired him and I'm glad I did. Nick is skilled and he really cares about the quality and detail of his work. He shares ideas and gives options and points out things that need to be done and tells you the reasons... Also, he did ALL of the work himself. The reputation of his company comes from what he does, not from other people he hires to do it for him. If you want someone to hire a bunch of people and slap together your deck in a couple of days, don't go with Nick. If you want someone who really cares about giving you a product you can be happy with, then give him a call.

Nick just finished a porch renovation that included an unexpected amount of repair. He was a pleasure to work with- knowledgeable, thorough, reasonably priced, and efficient. He made an extra effort to find and fix a water intrusion and treat the area for mold and waterproofing to keep it from happening again. The work is high quality and looks great - I'll definitely call him for the next project!

Nick did a nice job helping to restore my home after water damage on my downstairs floor of the house. He replaced my engineered hardwood floors with a nice LVP floor and was very meticulous in the placement of the planks for the best esthetics. He was very patient in helping me find the best floor for my home. Replacing this floor, on its own, was quite a task that several other contractors did not want to take on and definitely would not have taken so much time and care doing it as he did. He also handled everything with my home insurance company regarding the water damage repairs. He was very helpful with giving advise for other smaller things in the house and fixing some of them in addition to the main jobs. Additionally, he created a new closet under my stairs as well as a new "room" for my dog so she doesn't need an actual kennel standing out in my living room anymore. Nick and his helpers worked hard, even through a snowstorm, to keep progress going on my home. Overall, I was very pleased with his work and felt I could trust him to get my house back in tip-top shape!
