Zabitat, Door Glass Replacement

This company and their products are amazing. We bought 9 ODL enclosed blinds frame kits 2 years ago from them and we love them. One of the enclosed blinds frame kits was damaged upon delivery. The bottom frame was cracked. We contacted customer service and informed them. They asked us to take pictures of the damage, which we did. They sent us a replacement within a few days free of charge. They also sent us extra screw cap covers. Their instructions for installation are easy to follow and the product itself was easy to install. It’s nice to have great experience with a company in this day and age. I 100% recommend them to anyone thinking about replacing their window / door window inserts.

Beware !!! DO NOT BUY!!!! I will never recommend zabitate services to anyone. Immediately after installation of my backdoor window insert blinds, the installor noticed the blinds were defective & said, “A sale representative will call me to solve or replace the blinds. After a month, no calls & I had to call & complain. I was put on hold, transferred to vmail. I prepaid when ordered, 3mths wait so now I can’t get help due to bad customer service & poor quality! Please do not get hussled by this company!!! Beware!!

Door glasses were well packaged and arrived on schedule. Installation was super easy. This is the best way to update existing doors without spending a fortune and having to hire and pay for installation!. Highly recommended.

We were looking for a door glass to match another exterior door that we had rehabed. We found it on Zabitat! It arrived in one peice and very well packaged. This door glass is sturdy and well made. And the finished product is the talk of the neighborhood! Zabitat had many, many designs to choose from, but we were looking for a Texas Star that would match the glass used in another door. I would gladly shop with them again.

We originally replaced an insert that had worn down over the years and decided to replace it with a design that ended up looking like a foggy shower door. I couldn't walk by it without being tremendously upset. We ended up looking at inserts we saw from The Home Depot where they referred us to your company. Sylvie Perron, an incredibly efficient inside sales representative arranged an appointment for Jason Benford, another efficient, honorable Zabitat representative / installer to come to our house. He went through the standard front door inserts available for us in which to select. There were a number of them that we liked. As we discussed our choices I kept mentioning how much we liked our original door that had worn down and wished we could have it again. To our surprise, Jason explained that Zabitat can create a custom made insert. I think my eyes opened like saucers and asked how can we do this? He asked if I had a photo of our old door, which I did have and emailed to him. Surprisingly the price was less than the inserts that were standard! Not only did they duplicate this design that included intricate beveling they put it between 2 glass inserts for durability. Zabitat even sent a sample of the canning we selected so we could be sure we liked it. This insert was not only the EXACT design of our old door, it was made better and looks better. Jason performed an excellent installation as he is a perfectionist. The talented team that duplicated our design from just a photo did marvelous work. I can't begin to explain how happy we are with this door insert as we never thought we could have the same design again. I would not hesitate referring anyone I know to Zabitat, which I have already done. Sylvie and Jason work to a very high standard. Their customer service is top notch.
