I have nothing, but great things to say about Angel, Monica and the guys that work for Villa Construction. I have dealt with many contractors in the past and I rank Angel right at the top of my go-to contractors. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to building techniques and dealing with building inspections. In my opinion, his work is second to none. More importantly, he always answers his phone and/or returns your call promptly. To me that is essential. In regards, to the work he performed at my home, he came in right on budget and within the timeline he had mentioned before he started the job even though we had to deal with the weather. He shows up when he says he is and he is very accommodating to your needs (we were still living in the house while work was being performed). Coordinating with him when and what was being done on certain days made it a lot easier to live through the reno.

We went with Ontario Villa Construction for a major renovation involving a full three story extension and completely gutting the existing house. After 20+ years of working with countless contractors, Angel and Ontario Villa Construction are simply the best, most trustworthy contractor we have ever worked with. Angel and team transformed our 70 year old semi into a beautiful modern open-concept home. The job was finished on time in only 7 months and to the absolute highest possible standard of quality. Throughout the process Angel made countless suggestions to overcome challenges of building onto an older home and to improve upon the design, many of which came at substantial cost to him but never once looked to increase the price or add time to the build. Angel’s sole focus was to deliver the best possible home for my family and I. My wife and I also made numerous changes throughout the build and once again Angel was so flexible, accommodating every change we requested. The office staff, Monica and Nadia, were also extremely friendly, responsive and an absolute pleasure to deal with every step of the way. The office stayed on top of the work and were very connected with us throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend Angel and Ontario Villa Construction more highly. Quality + Integrity = Ontario Villa We recently completed a major renovation on our bungalow.
