Original Bathrooms

We work with Original Bathrooms on lots of projects, especially Bespoke measure and installation services. They are very professional and knowledgeable in their field and always go the extra mile to ensure the project runs smoothly

I am a very contentious customer who specialises in window shutters and am very aware of customer service and product quality. My initial dealing with this company were helpful and good , bathroom designs were drawn up with no fee or commitment which were professional and suggested goods of differing quality were quoted accordingly. All good so far! The goods arrived on time, and a damaged bath and some other minor items were delivered and replaced efficiently. We however had one major problem – the shower tap (which admittedly we did not buy top of the range as it was for the kids bathroom) , was off VERY poor quality so much so that it was wonky on the wall and looked unsightly. There was initially a bit of a grieved discussion as to who was responsible – but to be fair to the Original Bathroom, they did what I regarded as the right thing. I got a refund on the original wonky tap and purchased a better quality one and the Original Bathroom paid for the removal and re-installation of the new tap which involved breaking out several tiles in the shower and took a plumber 2 days to complete. Overall being in retail “things do go wrong” sometimes I fully subscribe that if it is the customers fault then a supplier should rectify but not profiteer from this, but if it is the suppliers fault then it is good to know that the Original Bathroom has broad enough shoulders to address the problem in the correct way.
