I've used the Paint Pro New England team for many projects. The staff is very focused on high-quality and are extremely knowledgeable, skilled, flexible, and pleasant to work with. The experience is always positive, from planning (discussing options, scheduling) through to the project's completion.

Last year David Griffiths gave us an estimate for an exterior paint job on our newly purchased house where the paint was failing and had been poorly corrected. He recommended that we wait an additional year to repaint our house because more paint would fail and his team would be able to better correct the job. A year later his team came out to do the work; He honored the original estimate despite rising inflation in the intervening year. His team members, Roger and Ray, were fastidious in their work. Our house looks absolutely gorgeous. We are incredibly satisfied with the work. Coming home to our beautifully painted house is a joy every day.

The painter came to our house right on time and went right to work. He explained what he would be doing and the time frame for our project. He was very neat and well organized. He answered all our questions and concerns politely. He was trust worthy while we were absent from the house and finished the painting in a day and a half. We are very pleased with Dino's work and will request him when we start another painting project! He was respectful to us and our home....a real professional!

This team is excellent! We had the entire interior of the house painted top to bottom, all 3 floors, including the trim everywhere. Starting with the estimate, David the owner was great to work with and very knowledgeable. The painting team was outstanding and so helpful throughout the entire project. Our home was built in 1955 and had many difficult problems to solve including taking down old wallpaper and repairing the wall which came out perfect. You cannot see any of the additional holes they had to patch in the ceilings after the electrician installed new recessed lighting in 4 rooms (and there was no strapping in the ceiling of 2 of the rooms). The attention to detail was everywhere. It was truly highlighted where the trim met the walls with straight lines and no jagged edges. They did a great job smoothing out the nicks on the door frames from normal wear and tear that looked terrible and now look great. Too often they had to correct problems left by the last paint job. I wish we could give more stars to this dedicated team of professionals and we highly recommend them!

Paint Pro New England did a fantastic interior paint job for us. Dave, the owner estimated the job via a video and a few questions via messenger. The painter arrived wearing a mask at the time specified, he painted, walls, ceiling and a large amount of trim in three days in as unobtrusive a manner as humanly possible. The job was perfectly done for a fair price, I couldn’t have asked for more. I also had Paint Pro New England paint the exterior of my house five years ago and was equally happy with the project. Communication about cost, timing, extent of work, etc was excellent both times I’ve used them. I highly recommend using this company.

He was well organized, asked the right questions, and took appropriate precautions working inside during Covid. We felt comfortable with his presence in the house. Paint Pro New England did an excellent job on our home painting and plastering updates. Dave was so great to work with. He communicates every step of the way from scheduling to completion and to 100% satisfaction. The painters were excellent, kind, considerate and professional. We were comfortable with them in our home and they wore masks and followed safety guidelines while working. We had a hole repaired in our bathroom ceiling and the walls and ceiling were repainted. The cathedral dining room ceiling was repainted as well as a beautiful accent wall in the dining room and kitchen. We highly recommend Paint Pro New England and would have them back any day for new paint updates!

I would highly recommend Paint Pro New England. We hired them to paint 2 different rooms, an indoor theater room and a gaming room. They would very professional and communication was easy and very timely. They painted both rooms/ceilings and stained doors and a step up. Paul and Nick were very courteous and showed up every day on time. After the job was done, I noticed some white on the door and mentioned it to Dave. They came the next day and cleaned it up. Dave has an excellent eye for color. I wanted the walls painted grey but wanted to be sure that the grey would compliment the centerpiece of the porch, a blue wall accent piece. It's perfect. What I really appreciated as well was his attention to following up when I found some areas in a stairwell that had been missed, mostly because of lighting. He sent his painters back quickly to remedy the situation. He returns phone calls promptly and if there are any changes in scheduling he notifies you. He is professional in every way and expects his crew to be as well.

I have hired Paint Pro to do 7 projects for me in the past 4 years. Prices ranged from $ 700 - $ 4900. Dave always had time to provide a complete estimate, even with jobs that were not standard. He scheduled jobs around our schedule and showed up when he said he would. His crew is always polite, helpful and professional, and know how to prep and paint to ensure a nice project. Projects were finished in acceptable time frames. On the occasions something came up that could not be foreseen , alternatives were discussed and the solution that best suited everyone was implemented. Dave's prices are fair and quality exceptional. I wouldn't keep using him otherwise. His service is wonderful and he is just such a nice guy. I recommend him most highly and see no reason not to use him.

Paint Pro New England has completed a number of jobs in my home. Exterior trim painting, interior ceiling and interior window trim. My wife and I were thrilled with the work completed over the years, and continue to call them for our painting needs. The owner is hands-on and responds to inquiries and estimates quickly. Our house is 163 years young and was in desperate need of a paint job. Paint Pro was not chosen for price only, but for the way Dave led us through the entire process. Because of the age of the house, it required a lot of prep work before the painting could begin. Weather slowed the crews so they came when they could included Saturdays. If you didn't see the process on the house, you would not know that they had been here. Clean up after each day was superb. We could not be more pleased with what Dave and his crew did. We would hire Paint Pro again for any project they do without hesitation. Everyone tells us great the house looks.

Dave was the ultimate professional. We had gotten many quotes for staining the outside of our house and he took the time to explain his process and rationale. The price was affordable as well. The job was delayed due to a very rainy season but they were able to complete the job before winter set upon us. I plan to use them when we have to paint our interior as well.

Have had a few interior jobs done so far. Had 30 year old wallpaper removed on all jobs and it was done perfectly and the painting was top of the line. Cannot speak highly enough about the effort from quote to finishing touches that Dave and Paint Pro did on my Kitchen remodel last January. Dave and his team painted my entire kitchen and dining area, as well as all of the crown, door and window molding in both rooms. The price was very competitive but what put Dave and Paint Pro over the top was their communication and flexibility throughout the process. Not to mention the quote I was given at the start of the project was the price I paid when the project was complete, no hidden fees or random charges added on top. Lastly, I have two small kids and Dave and Paint Pro were very clean throughout and left my house in as good, if not cleaner condition then when they started. I highly recommend Paint Pro New England! I was impressed with Dave and his company years ago when I hired them to paint some siding we'd had to replace. After an attic addition we were ready to have the whole house painted. I contacted Dave to schedule the work. Dave's communication is excellent, always getting back to me promptly whether by email or by phone. He gave me a quote for exactly what I wanted done. I thought his price was very fair. One of the things that makes me choose Paint Pro for all my painting needs is that they are happy to do whatever I ask- from hand painting the house (rather than spraying) to the way I prefer my trim painted. Dave told me the pros and cons to each thing without trying to talk me into something different. Dave even accommodated a late request to restain our front door. It hadn't weathered well and was quite a project to strip and restain and seal and Dave's team did an excellent job, it looks beautiful.
