Utilized Parker Bau for a major addition project. The only thing that I was somewhat satisfied with was the communication, while we were able to get answers quickly the information was not always accurate. The workmanship was not good, I had to continuously babysit the project and ask for things to be corrected. During the project we had major leaks and water damage in the house because basic things like a tarp was not installed to protect the existing exposed home during addition. We had major issues with roof leaks and freezing pipes due to improperly installed roof components, holes not sealed and insulation not installed. To get these issues resolved it was like jumping through hoops with blame being placed on others (architect) vs fixing the problem that should have never existed if done properly. I would not recommend this company unless you know something about the job you want done and your wiling to oversee the work being done.

This is a follow-up to a previous five star review I wrote for this company. I stand by my initial review and still give them five stars....as THEY stand by their year-long warranty. We had two minor issues come up and they fixed them promptly and with no pushback. When we do an even larger remodel project we will use them again.

I was thrilled to find Parker Bau for our kitchen remodel. This was the only company that really listened to my goals and desires for our kitchen and what I wanted to see done with the space. They explained all of the possible options and limitations that could get in the way, making me much more comfortable with the project. They have trustworthy, hardworking and kind craftsman who worked hard to get this job done for us in a timely manner! Parker & Co constructed two bathrooms and a laundry room on our second floor. They were very professional, reachable, on time and on budget. An overall pleasure to work with and positive experience! We highly recommend!

Justin and team at Parker & Company are great. I used them a few years back to open up my main floor, redo my kitchen and add an Island. I was so pleased with their work that when we had a burst pipe this winter they were my second call (after the plumbers of course) to fix the damage to our laundry room and ground floor. Both projects were done on time and on budget, and the team was also very transparent if I was asking for something that would change the budget or timeline. I never felt like I was being swindled or duped, I was always well informed and updated about the status for the project. They are also very courteous and clean. Whenever we need work done, they will be my go-to team.

Parker Bau did a phenomenal job on my first floor remodel. We took down a wall to open my kitchen and floorpan, did all new flooring, cabinets ,counters, tile backsplash, painting and new crown molding. Their work is meticulous, they are professional and price friendly!
