Highly recommend Parker- I recently purchased a home and needed a few things done. He is honest, personable, reasonably priced and provided positive unsolicited feedback on what I should get done and what would could wait based on my budget. Parker was able to respond in a timely manner to my panicked message after awakening to a small lake in my kitchen from leaky skylight after recent rain storm. He not only inspected the skylight, he went above and beyond my expectations inspecting the entire roof to insure that leak was isolated to skylight. He was able to patch the cracks until break in the rain to replace dome. Within 2 days Parker was able to replace the cracked dome. Parker is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and reasonably priced. Since then, Parker has re-grouted the master shower, sealed concrete slab patio to prevent mildew from all the rain and easily repaired automatic garage door which I had previously been told I would have to replace entire system. I have highly recommended Parker to family and neighbors.
