I cannot say enough positive things about PBG! They have a level Of service that few builders offer. They were great communicators, the bid was well researched and thorough, they had great budget tracking system . There was never a situation that arose that they could not handle. The scope of our project was large and extremely detail oriented. When anyone asks about my experience with PBG I always say “ I still liked them as much at end of the job that I did at the beginning.”

Our family was delighted with the Parkinson Building Group. They exceeded our expectations in all areas of custom home process - site selection, plan development, construction, post-build homeowner support. We had a great experience working with Parkinson Building Group. We knew that this group was right for us after we showed Bill our challenging lot. The building site is atop a steep ridge and Bill knew just how to tackle it. We were also new to Little Rock and PBG was our reference for everything. They were extremely attentive and were readily available to answer any questions or concerns. They always had a “can do” attitude while staying sensitive to our budget. PBG was there to help us with all of our decision making. From the start of our custom house plans until moving day, during our warranty work and even beyond, PBG was committed to making our home all that we wanted. Three years later and it continues to prove to be a wonderfully built home.

Bill Parkinson and his company are without a doubt the best home builders in Arkansas. We were blessed to have Bill agree to build our home. During the entire construction phase he and his brother Dan kept us informed and encouraged us to come out anytime to see the progress and to ask questions and hear our suggestions for changes. We were always contacted if there were any changes that needed to be made, there were no surprises.

We picked Parkinson Bldg Group after considering three other contractors. We had a custom design and build. We found Bill and Dan to be highly professional, very knowledgeable, and quickly responsive to all questions and issues. The PBG subcontractors were professional and treated my wife with respect if I could not be present. The PBG billings were timely and accurate, which allowed control of expenditures during the process. We came in right at budget and on time! We were pleasantly surprised that PBG has on staff a Warranty contact who specializes in any issues that arise after occupancy is achieved. We highly recommend them. Love our new home!

Camille and I were nervous about building after hearing all of the horror stories from friends. However, our experience with Parkinson Building Group could not have been better. Working with Bill and his team was lots of fun and very low stress. They were so organized and always one step ahead of us, working issues before we ever noticed them. Four years later and the quality of the construction is really showing; It looks as beautiful today as the day we moved in. We love our home and look forward to building again with PBG in the future. Although it's going to be a while because we enjoy this one so much.

We chose Parkinson Building Group to build our home based upon referrals from our friends and looking through projects they had previously completed. Our new build started in September 2014 and we moved in on October 17, 2015. Bill and Dan built our custom home in 13 months in the toughest of conditions... no asphalt road to the site and no electricity until 3 months prior to completion. The only reason we did not finish in 12 months was because of winter weather that kept everyone out of the house for 4 weeks. It isn't often that you complete a project like this on time and under budget. Bill and Dan were complete professionals, especially when dealing with my over attention to the budget details. They both worked very closely with my wife and I during the initial concept of the home, during the creation of the floor plans and when making changes to the plan, whether large or small. Bill's ability to see the "BIG" picture during the initial construction process kept the tension level low and the project moving forward. The only thing that slowed us up during the project was weather and making decisions fast enough for Parkinson Building Group to implement them. On top of all that, Bill is a blast to work with as well! Dan's attention to the details as the project moved into the dry was instrumental in helping us move in on time and having minimal workers at our home after the move. Dan made sure everything was completed per our specifications and it was truly refreshing to work with someone that actually enjoys what they do. If you are thinking about building a house in the Little Rock, AR area and do not have Parkinson Building Group in your consideration set, you are doing yourself a tremendous disservice! I have built homes in the past and it is not often that you become true friends with your builder. We could not be happier with our home!

Responsive, creative, professional and very easy to work with. No request left unanswered always willing to meet and suggest alternate approaches to the issue at hand. The warranty surpassed what we expected and as mentioned was very responsive. I have no hesitation in recommending Bill to any person looking to build a home.

I highly recommend the Parkinson Building Group for your new home. We have used them twice now and have been extremely pleased on both occassions. They came in at budget and on time, which was very important to us. Bill and his team were there every step in helping my wife with all the decisions that come with this type of project. I would not use anyone else to build a home for my family.

My husband and I started working with Bill and his team on our home build in January of this year. We knew immediately after meeting Bill and walking through a few of his homes that he was the person we wanted to work with! It is our first time building and we could not have done it without Bill's extensive knowledge. The Parkinson team has made the process seamless and enjoyable in every aspect. They started building my house in October 2012 and just finished. I enjoyed the process from start to finish! When I asked for custom work, they never said no or we can't or we don't know how. They were very accommodating and and met all my requests and more and I tried hard to "stump" them many times! While this was only the 2nd house my husband and I have built, I think they are the best builders in the Little Rock area.
