We have four session sunrooms for many years. Some of glass are cloud. We called couple of companies and they stopped by and give us their plan and cost. We feel New England Sunrooms is one of best. They have everything in writing and clear. Also they gave your option to minimize your unnecessary cost, such as ventilation fan and eliminate awning windows etc. Anyway, if they will work with you until you satisfy the propose. No sell pressure... Donna is very patient to help us. Kevin C is main technician to do the job. He is nice and knowledgeable guy and has many years experience with sunrooms. When you watched his work, he made things easier. Clean work area and taken all trash. In short, well done job and reliable company we feel comfortable to work with. Thanks

From start to finish on our project, which included a sunroom, new deck, and accommodation for a new hot tub, Peter made sure our needs were met. Communication was excellent, as was the workmanship. The contractors were friendly, professional, and detail oriented. Even though we had several delays due to weather, they went over and above to get as much done as they could when Mother Nature allowed. Made a gorgeous four seasons sunroom off our dining room. Created a proposal incorporating our ideas, which were opposite, took best from both of our ideas and met our needs in ways we could not imagine. In light of the room, redesign the traffic flow of our living space to be more useful and improved the overall appearance. Very thoughtful, patient, and conscientious professional who stay with us from the design stage to completion. Introduced the "WOW" factor into our home. We use the sunroom every day during all seasons and when you see it, you can't help to say "WOW". It brings the outdoor beauty into our home, which we love.

New England Sunrooms build a beautiful sunroom for us. Several years later, I still love and and I use it all the time. Everyone who visits comments on how wonderful it is. Overall, I had a positive experience with this company. The owner Peter L is very responsible, conscientious, competent and easy to work with. I made the mistake of not having him install the HVAC system. The person I hired was terrible, and then I needed Peter to fix some of his errors. Peter tried his best to accommodate me, but he couldn't really correct the bad work done by someone else. There was one problem, though, not of Peter's fault but of the company he gets his materials from. They installed windows with a flaw which mean that when it rained outside, the windows leaked and the floor became wet. This resulted in serious damage to the flooring which I had to replace. When Peter came and found the flaw, he immediately fixed it, but the company did not pay for replacing the damaged flooring. That's the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. Since the repair, I've had no further problems. When Peter was made aware of the problem some time later, he apologized again and paid for the damage. Again, the damage was not his fault, he did request that the factory pay for it, but when they didn't respond, the matter got dropped. That's my quibble, and I'm satisfied now that he has taken care of it. Overall, though, I would strongly recommend this company, and I would have Peter be the contractor for HVAC and anything else you add. Don't let my 4 stars instead of 5 get in the way of you hiring them. They are an excellent company.

I met Peter before I made up mind to hire his team to build sun room for me. He explained everything clearly and nothing became a surprise when we started the project. His team manages the project very professionally from the beginning to the finish. Each phase of project was built with good quality. I am very satisfied with the job delivered by Peter and his team.
