We had a small job of redoing our interior fireplace. Ryan Leeker and his crew treated it just like a big project. Ryan was always available to discuss the materials and the plan and the schedule. Everyone was respectful, courteous, showed up on time, and did amazing work!

Petra Masonry did a great job with my new retaining walls and patio. I chose concrete block and pavers, everything fits perfectly and is as it should be. They spared no effort to get the job done right. They did a great job of managing the mess also during construction. I highly recommend their work.

Petra came and did our outdoor fireplace in the fall of 2010. We could not have been any happier. We have a small city back yard and we use it much more since we have had the fireplace. It is beautiful and not what you would typically find in a South St. Louis backyard.

We were rushing a complete renovation of our home and Ryan responded every time we needed him with good information, sound bids, and high quality workmanship. A lot of thought was paid to how to get the job done efficiently and effectively, and the end result write down to the cleanup demonstrated this. We would use him again, and recommend him without hesitation.

Ryan and his team did a great job on our wall. We have a 1930's home and he worked with us to match the foundation. He had an eye for what would look right and we get compliments from people driving by every day we are outside. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Ryan Leeker and his Petra Masonry crew for any type of masonry and outdoor landscaping work. They have done several projects for my wife and I over the years. Below are the projects that Petra Masonry has done for us. * Removed a wooden tie retaining wall and decking that was rotten and starting to collapse. * Built a new larger retaining wall and paved patio area in the back of the house. * Built an outdoor fireplace in one corner of the retaining wall. * Built an outdoor grill/kitchen with a granite top. * Paved an existing covered patio area that seamlessly blends into the rest of the patio. * Brought fill dirt in and resodded the back yard when the above work was complete. * Removed the existing porch on the front of the house and built the paving floor. * Removed the existing garage floor and driveway concrete and replaced. During all of these projects, Ryan's team was courteous and kept their work areas clean. Ryan was especially professional to work with. All work was done timely and within estimates. He had excellent ideas regarding the designs and materials that improved the overall aesthetics of the projects. My wife and I are very pleased with the results.

Petra Masonry did a transformational job on a home that I purchased in St. Louis. The home had had little to no care for several years and Ryan and team came out a designed a beautiful patio with a retaining wall and french drains. They were great to work with and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for patio design and install.

We could not be more pleased with the outcome of the project Ryan and his crew delivered. From the time we met with him to discuss the design, to the changes that we wanted during the project, Ryan was always able to answer questions and make sure we were satisfied. His crew was prompt and reliable and kept the worksite as clean as possible. Since the project has been completed we have had neighbors as well as strangers pull in to ask who did the work as they were amazed at the look of our home from siding to brick. Wish we could give them 10 STARS!

Ryan came in and gave me several great suggestions. The original fireplace had green tile with Sluetter strip. We ripped all that out and he replaced it With Drystack rock and it turned out absolutely beautiful. The hearths fit perfectly. It totally change the look of the living room and made it the central focus of your eye when you walked in. The work was done quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend them.

I have used Petra Masonary for many home projects including our recent outdoor kitchen. They are one of the most professional, friendly contractors i have ever used. They are always on time, they complete the work on schedule, they are true to their job bids, they are friendly, easy to work with and they ALWAYS clean up after each day of work (a plus for me and a rarity in the contractor world) I have recommended them to many of my friends who all have been equally pleased with their work.
