We found Lidia extremely difficult to work with on our residential project. We never felt listened to. We asked for the commode in a separate room of the bathroom and instead of that, we got a laundry room in the closet, which we never requested. We never asked for but got a desk area designed into the bedroom because this was 'creative design'. Lidia then complained that we made too many major changes. When we expressed we felt these changes were necessary based on miscommunication, she sent this email to us "Rosanna, thank you for making me realize we should do commercial projects." So if you have a commercial project Pionarch may be good to work with but as Lidia herself expresses, go elsewhere with your residential jobs.

Lidia and Michal are professional, responsive, and straightforward. The design documents and cost estimates are detailed and inclusive. I'm confident the job will be done correctly and with the highest level of quality.

Michal and Lidia are a joy to work with. As a real estate agent, I recommend them to many of my clients looking for contractors or architects or both. PionArch recently completed a master bathroom remodel for us and we couldn't be happier with the results. Lidia was a great help with the design/tile/fixture selection. Michal and his team were professional, on time and courteous. The tile work was top notch. Would definitely recommend them.

I am on my 3rd project with Michal and his crew, and couldn't be more pleased with his work. I watched him work on a large kitchen job at a friend's home (as well as a huge number of repairs to this large oceanfront property). My friend strongly recommended Michal because of his deep knowledge of construction, his integrity, and his ability to problem solve. I could not agree more. Michal constructed a new bathroom for us in our home in Marblehead, has recently put in a new kitchen for us in Brookline, and is, even as I type, doing a huge number of repairs to our home in Marblehead that is suffering from some significant water issues. I really appreciate his always showing and explaining to me his plans for repairing, and he always chooses the BEST method of repair, not just the quickest. He is a fabulous communicator, and always lets me know ahead of time if he will be a few minutes late. His work is high quality and he stands behind it.

Michal and his team did an amazing job on our home. This was a complete renovation of our first floor including kitchen, half bath, hall/entry way, office, dining room, and family room. His crew was always on time, clean, and very respectful. The work and attention to detail was outstanding. We will use them again for future projects and would would highly recommend them.

Replace 10 windows, walls, soffets, siding and balcony. Excellent workmanship and bathroom design. I have now used this company exclusively for all minor and major work.
