Thankful to have found Placelift. Totally professional from start to finish, responding quickly to my first contact and taking things smoothly from there. Understood the brief perfectly and delivered on time and in budget with no surprises at all, except for the perfect finish which was beyond my expectation. The attention to detail is superb and I could not be happier with the result.

We cannot thank Clodagh, Ivan, Rob and team enough, for the amazing job they did on our house. They were extremely professional from start to finish and fantastic to work with. Clodagh's advice and knowledge was amazing and she went out of her way to source the items we were looking for. Placelift recently completed a renovation on our newly purchased house. The house required a complete update. The renovation involved installing a new heating system, replacing windows and external doors, laying new flooring (laminate, tiling and carpets), internal insulation on external walls, attic insulation with some flooring and shelving, complete refurbishment of the kitchen and bathrooms, knocking a supporting wall to provide an open plan living space and upgrading the plumbing and electrics. Even before we employed Placelift to do the refurbishment, Clodagh made multiple visits to the property to ensure we got an honest assessment of the work involved and an accurate quote. Both Ivan and Clodagh were aware of our budget limitations and gave sound advice of what to prioritise. They were both extremely professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. When the project commenced Clodagh guided us through the process. She gave us invaluable help with every single decision we had to make. She is extremely knowledgeable and offered suggestions we wouldn’t have considered ourselves. She was extremely patient and nothing that we asked for was too much trouble. Ivan would always go the extra mile to ensure that any requirements we had were met. The entire project ran to schedule as they focused on our project alone. Clodagh project managed the whole operation. She was our single point of contact and she dealt with the various contractors required. This was all invisible to us and made our lives so easy. We recently had our kitchen , shower room and utility renovated by Placelift. I cannot speak highly enough of Clodagh and her team! From the moment I met Clodagh and Ivan , I knew we were in good hands. They were so helpful in bringing our ideas to fruition and the end result surpassed our expectations. Clodagh was great with advice on design, layout and finishes. She allayed any fears I had and was always available to answer questions, she has the patience of a saint! Ivan and Rob were a delight to work with and nothing was any problem. The quality and finish of their work was brilliant. And Vinny’s bespoke shelving and seating were better than we envisaged. We feel that we were really blessed to have been able to work with Clodagh on our house. Clodagh and the team were not only completely professional but a pleasure to deal with. Clodagh and the placelift team recently finished a renovation on my home. They did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with the end result. We bought our home 5 years ago and it was very dated, dark and in need of updating. We were looking for someone to manage the renovation project for us from start to finish. I came across the Placelift website and decided to give them a call as I liked the look of the previous work they had done. From the first phone call Clodagh made me feel at ease and I instantly warmed to her. She was brilliant, helping us to pick out everything for the house... kitchen, floors, tiles, bathroom. She came to us when it suited us and brought samples of everything we needed to decide on, she made planning the project so easy and hassle free. As the start date of the build approached we were nervous as it was a big project but Ivan and the team put our minds at ease with their work ethic, level of skill and professionalism. We were so impressed with the very high standard of finish and how quickly the work was completed. The house is even better than I imagined it now so bright and modern. We would highly recommend Clodagh and the placelift team and look forward to working with them again.

Clodagh and her team just finished refurbishment on my house. Although Clodagh did not ask for this recommendation, I wanted to give. Clodagh's client service was flawless - the best I have seen from any service provider over all industries in my career and I do not say that lightly. Clodagh managed everything seamlessly with no time from myself required, she went out of her way to more than exceed any expectations I had - which were high. All completed within time-frame and I enjoyed the refurbishment so much that I did not want it to end. If anyone is doing a refurbishment on their house, Clodagh is a must - she takes all stresses away and delivers a great product. I could now not imagine a refurbishment being done without Placelift.
