We initially contracted Pool Xperts to complete a pool at another residence. However, things did not work out there. We were so impressed with the the service, response and overall conduct of the owner(Alain) and designer that we came back to them. They recently completed our pool at new address and everything was perfect. Construction Manager, Steve communicated every step before it happened and was there to answer all of my questions and made sure the project went smooth. Pool Xperts has relationships with the best contractors who are as equally professional as they are. The pool has finished and they are still answering questions and making sure our pool experience is more than just that, they are making this a backyard experience. Alain and his team go to my father's house weekly. They take very good care of the pool, give advice, recommend and overall care about my father's pool. I would highly recommend!

We had Pool Experts replace our previous service company and the team at Pool Experts has done a phenomenal job ever since. We had to drain the pool twice with the old cleaners due to high calcium counts and since Pool Experts took over, everything has been perfect and the pool looks great.
