I recently purchase my first home a little more than a year ago in Sag Harbor. Peter Podlas architect PC came highly recommended by my next door neighbor who happens to be a very talented carpenter who had worked with Peter to build his own home. I had decided to convert a half bath to full on the main floor, a oversized bathroom in an unfinished basement as well as an outdoor access staircase from the basement to the pool. Within less than 48 hrs I had been given not just one, but three different configurations to chose from for the layout of the basement additions. I was very impressed with the quality of his work and the timely manner in which it had been done. I was most impressed, with his innovation and the manner in which he had worked with me. He had a clear understanding of exactly what it was I was trying to build, and then took it to the next level with his creative design.
