Every individual that we worked with - on the phone or in person - was very friendly, punctual and professional. We just had them replace both of our A/C and Furnace units and they made sure that we got the best product for our home, at the best value. To top it off, the installation technicians JP and Jeff were informative, friendly, worked clean, quietly and respectfully - they were the best! We Highly recommend them!

Scottie was not only friendly but was communicative, knowledgeable and very helpful in resolving our current issue, knowing maintenance will be scheduled to evaluate if there is a bypass situation. Nice young man with a outgoing personality. Thank you.

This company is the biggest joke. The wheel in one of our furnaces went out. Precision quoted us for a new motor and fan for $1152. They also advised that if I signed up for a monthly maintenance plan, I would be eligible for a discount bringing the total to $991.50. I felt that this was probably a high quote but agreed since it was 95 degrees and the long Labor Day weekend was coming up in a few days. The tech assured me they would order the parts as quickly as possible and hurry to complete the repairs. The next afternoon I received a call because they were trying to order the parts, but the tech forgot to note the Serial No. of the unit and needed me to go to the unit and take a picture of the number. I was disappointed that they were just now getting around to ordering the part and the house was sweltering. Later that day, they called to schedule the repair for the next late afternoon. I was ecstatic that I would soon have air. The next morning, they called and said that they had made a mistake in their original quote 2 days ago and the parts would be an addition $500 and needed my credit card number again before they could order. They STILL had not even ordered the parts after losing 2 days! We called Reliable and they came out later that morning and confirmed that it only needed a new wheel, not a motor and had the part picked up in installed by 3pm that same day. Their total bill was $500 and our ac has worked perfectly for a few weeks now. I called Precision to request a refund of the $991 minus the diagnostic charge. They tried to only refund a portion of the amount saying the tech had replaced a part while he was here. I explained that the technician was in my house for no more that 6 minutes and certainly did not perform any sort of repairs or replace any parts. They confirmed this with the technician and apologized and confirmed they would issue the refund minus the diagnostic charge (which they did in a timely manner). The next day, I receive a notification that my card was charged a new charge of $17.38 by Precision “Maintenance”. I called to request a refund since I had cancelled the maintenance plan on both units and maintenance had never been set up or completed. It took 2 more phone calls to speak with another person in accounting who agreed and confirmed that I would see the $17.38 refund on card in a few days. I thought that was the end of it until I received ANOTHER person (Catherine) in accounting saying that the diagnostic fee I paid was the discounted amount if I had the maintenance plan. So not only would I not be receiving the refund, they needed my card to charge an additional diagnostic fee at the non-discounted amount. The first person I spoke with about the repair refund originally had told me (without me requesting) that they would bill the diagnostic fee at the discounted rate due to the inconvenience. Now I’m being told I will not be receiving a refund for the maintenance that was never performed on either of my units. I’ll be contacting my credit card company of course, but I’m absolutely appalled at the customer service I have received for their errors. Catherine was downright rude and shouldn’t be speaking with the public.

Thanks Scottie my heat downstairs is on. He can in access he problem and determined that the wrong thermostat was installed. Again thank you Scottie for your knowledge and ability to solve the problem and replace the newly installed thermostat quickly. Thankfully there was not a charge as this was part of service contract. Its too bad I can't give 0 stars. I had no heat at my house, and they charged 287 to replace a heat ignitor, which costs no more than 50 to 75 dollars for the part. The reasoning for this is because he had to drive out to diagnose what was going on, which is what they charged the 99 dollar diagnostic service fee for. He then stated that it was 287 to make sure the entire system was running properly and that the install happened correctly. So you are charging 225 dollars an hour to make sure that your own work is done correctly? Most lawyers don't even charge that much for billable hours, let alone a mechanic. They essentially charged me 350 dollars for one hour of work because they know that they can get away with it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. What they charge is practically highway robbery and criminal. Absolutely disgusting.

Precision Heating and Air has been servicing the four air conditioning units and four heating units we have in our home for the past three years. They are always reliable, professional, courteous and respectful of our home. The gentleman who has been working in our home for the past few years, Bob Padula, does his work quietly, thoroughly, and efficiently. When we moved into our home, several of the units were due for replacement, but we (of course) waited until they died in the dead of winter or sweltering summer to bother replacing them. The people at Precision Heating and Air have always been quick to respond and answer all of our questions and replace our units in a timely manner (a huge relief when we had three children under the age of three in the house!) We are very happy with the service provided by Mr. Padula and his associates and are pleased to continue using their services as long as we live in this home.

Precision Heating and Air met all expectations. The service rep was pleasant, professional and competent. The office staff, especially JODI, was knowledgeable, professional and extremely congenial. I was pleased with all aspects of this company.

Precision heating and air came to mine and my 15 month old sons rescue at 11pm when our air went out. Luckily they didn't charge me after hours which I was very thankful because money is very tight for a single mom. They got my air up and running for us and I still have money in the bank! Thank you precision!!

Very reliable family owned business. Precision has never failed me in over 9 years of home ownership. They are always extremely responsive and get my unit up and running as quickly as possible. I will be a lifetime client! Aaron Talley
