After reading the reviews I thought this would be a great company to work with. I was proven wrong many times in the 3 months working with the company. I was quoted 3 weeks to completion, I gave them my down payment and was told I will get a phone call within 3 days. After 8 days of no calls from them I reached out. I was informed they had a covid outbreak, but will call me back. Another week went by and still no phone call. I called again and was told the same thing again. Now lets fast forward 2 months. Its complete (yay) not really, I was looking at the plans and saw somethings missing such as the fan beam. When I brought it up to them they told me to drill holes and find it. Thank goodness I did not do that, as when i called again they said they are going to install it now. They came by and placed a piece of random scrap metal they had and drilled in on top. I am completely un happy. Save yourself the time, money and effort and go with any other company but this one.

They are simply the best at what they do. We got our patio covered two months ago and it was a pleasure dealing with them. They took time to understand our needs and offered several design options to choose from. The quote was reasonable and the workmanship and materials used were excellent. Such a professional company Premier Patio Covers really outdid themselves with the patio cover they did for me. All quality materials were used, they provided me with a very convenient price as well. I have recommended them to all my family members, they all enjoyed their work!

When Premier Patio Covers came to install patio covers on my property, they arrived late and rushed through the job resulting in errors, unfinished and sloppy work, damage to the products installed and messes left on my property and my neighbor’s property. They returned a couple of times to complete the work and correct the problems, however, after inspecting their work, many problem areas were observed. Premier Patio Covers was notified of this and they refused to address the problems. I had warranty questions and workmanship issues so I filed a complaint with the Nevada Contractors Board. The complaint was validated by the inspector who instructed Premier to correct some workmanship issues. It took Premier two trips to my property to properly correct these issues. I also had to ask the investigator to assist me in obtaining the EnergyStar tax credit form from Premier for the insulated ceiling panel installed on my property. I had asked Premier for it and they refused to give it to me, so the investigator got it for me. The Contractors Board couldn’t help regarding the warranty questions, which I never received resolution from either Premier or the product manufacturer, Metals Building Products. I would not recommend this company.
