Randy at Wood Floor Warehouse does business the old fashioned way, he is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, dependable, and offers a beautiful top quality product at prices that cannot be beat! Fifteen years ago we purchased gorgeous walnut hardwood flooring, from Wood Floor Warehouse, for our entire upstairs, with the exception of one bedroom. A few weeks ago Wood Floor Warehouse helped us finish that room. As expected, the floor is beautiful, but the incredible thing is that the 15 year old floors are just as beautiful! Wood Floor Warehouse is a company of the highest integrity. They offer a high end product at an amazing price. You will love working with them and you will love your floors for years to come.

I used Wood Floor Warehouse for a home I remodeled and am currently living in. The entire project turned out great. However, the showpiece of the remodel is the custom handscraped 7" hickory wood floor. I highly recommend WFW to anyone wanting a wood floor in their home or business.

Somehow we stumbled onto this incredible company. I didn't know that companies like this still existed, ones that put the customer first, go the extra mile and are ALWAYS courteous and helpful, while providing innovative and beautiful and durable products! We truly love the Wood Floor Warehouse We were searching for about 1,600 feet of wood floors for our home. We wanted something beautiful, durable (to hold up to two kids and two big dogs), and non-toxic (we really wanted to avoid the VOCs that are in so many flooring products). We never thought we'd find the right solution, and then we found the everything we wanted and more at Wood Floor Warehouse... We purchased 1,600 feet of hickory and used their custom staining and WOCA oil finishing process. I cannot begin to express how wonderful our floors are. They exceeded our very best hopes and are absolutely stunning. I also can't tell you how great Wood Floor Warehouse has been to work with (every single employee is helpful and kind). When we needed wood stained the same color as the floors for other work were doing in the house, they went above and beyond and mixed the custom stain for us (free of charge!). They have gone above and beyond every time we have needed anything - offering advice on our project and sequencing of our floors with other home renovation work. Everyone at Wood Floor Warehouse is incredible and we really can't say enough good things about them. They can be a bit tricky to find, but it is worth it!

Randy from Wood Floor Warehouse helped us select the perfect floor (rough sawn oak in seven inch widths) for our new home and even met with us to formulate the exact stain color we wanted. He gained loyal customers and new friends because he went out of the way to assist us in every possible way. We receive compliments on our floor from almost everyone who visits our home. With approximately 2,000 sq. ft. of wood flooring it is gratifying to have made the right decision on such an important aspect of our home.

Wood Floor Warehouse is nice to deal with. They have a big selection, and they seem to have lots of contacts such that if you want something that they normally do not carry, they can probably find a way to get it. They were friendly to deal with, and we really appreciated that they had a little playroom in their store (a big relief since we had our toddler with us). They also set us up with an absolutely fabulous installer (Terry). One piece of advice in dealing with them is that if they tell you they will do something in the future (such as make a special order or call you when a product comes in that you are looking for), you should assume they will not do it unless you follow up with them repeatedly; I'm not sure why things seem to slip through the cracks so much--maybe they are just busy or unorganized behind the scenes. But this is not a huge deal and I would definitely do business with them again.

I can not give this company enough praise. I will be back again. They are very helpful, friendly, they have classes .... Or play around led with wood types and color until you find the right fit. My husband installed the mix wood himself and they walk him throw the steps or you could have them install for you.They let you use equipment like the nail gun, air compressor to install the floor if you put it in yourself. We love our new floor

I have been using the Wood Floor Warehouse for my wood floor needs for about 8 years now. For my current project they supplied me with 2200 sq. ft. of 7" Woca oiled rustic hickory and I couldn't be happier with the product they supplied me with and the timeliness in which they got the product to my job site. To keep me on time with my schedule they even went out of their way and made the delivery on Sunday. My floors are beautiful & I couldn't be happier. I have purchased from the Wood Floor Warehouse twice (for my mothers house & then for my own) and have recommended them to others several times. I shopped around and priced flooring at many other dealers but the prices at the Wood Floor Warehouse were the best I found. Karen was really helpful & sent me home with samples every time I stopped by. We attended the install class on Saturday & learned how to install the floor ourselves. I feel like we got a great product at a very reasonable price & will purchase flooring from the Wood Floor Warehouse again if the need arises.

My wife and I shopped around several different wood floor providers before we finally found a floor we liked at the Wood Floor Warehouse. Karen was very friendly from the moment we stepped into the shop, getting down samples and giving us suggestions based on what we had shown an interest in. Sadly, their installer wasn't going to be able to install in our timeframe, so we had to go with a different installer. These guys took care of us. First, Karen sold us our selection of variable width 3, 4, 5" boards. When she found that she wouldn't have it in stock in time for our job she upgraded us to the 4, 5, 6" widths without any extra charge. Second, when we got to the last 60 sq ft. of our install, the installer told us we didn't have enough wood. Randy came out (at no cost) and measured the space. He agreed that we had ordered the right amount of wood and made it right for us. I don't believe we were shorted on wood, the installer hadn't used the shortest boards throughout the rest of the install, so we had a stack of those, and some that had damaged tongues or grooves that he wouldn't cut out. Randy gave us one last bundle to get us through the job and a neighbor and I installed the last 60'. They could have easily charged us for that bundle and it would have been totally fair. This was great customer service, although, if Karen says she'll "call you right back" don't believe her. Wait a couple hours, then call again :) I would definitely purchase flooring from these guys again.

Exceptional pricing and product! Best anywhere but that doesn't begin to compare with the fantastic service!! I wouldn't use any other supplier for my wood flooring needs- wholesale or retail.

We used the Wood Floor Warehouse to purchase wood flooring for our previous house. We loved the service and quality so much we returned to purchase flooring for our new house. We love the strand woven bamboo. It is beautiful, stylish and durable. We loved it so much we put it on our wall too!
