We hired this company for converting a half bath in our main floor into a full bathroom. It was a difficult project but Eugene worked with us on all aspects of the design to make it something that was practical to use and beautiful to look at. When he did the demolition we discovered that we had more space than we thought we had. He offered that we could change the design to take advantage of the additional space to make the project better. He was available to answer questions and brainstorm different options. His work was impeccable and he paid attention to the minor details. This is the second project that he did for us and we are very happy with the results!

I work as a subcontractor on some of Eugene's projects; I provide glass. The quality of my work depends largely upon the quality of his work. Over years, he has consistently displayed that he is thoughtful, careful, and precise. We are very selective about the remodeling contractors we choose to work with and Eugene is an easy choice for us to make.

Eugene and his co-worker, Vlad, just finished 8 days working on our bath. The recessed tub had to be removed for safety reasons and the floor raised up. They then installed new plumbing for the shower, tile work for the walls and the floor, and electricity for new lighting. To say we were pleased is insufficient. This was no cosmetic job. The two of them were completely professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the entire process. They were attentive to our living space and cleaned up every night before leaving. I would unhesitatingly recommend them!

We hired this company to install bamboo flooring in August 2017. They assured us that they familiar with this type of hardwood and know how to properly install it. Floor looked great after they finished, but in a couple of months we noticed that some planks were plumped and some shrank. Some of them had cracks. We contacted them, but they blamed the humidity in our house , which is by the way is normal. We contacted independent certified hard wood specialist for the second opinion and he confirmed that humidity in the house is normal and even if its not, it shouldn't be an issue if floor is secured. Floor wasn't properly installed in the proper conditions and wasn't secured. Company didn't return our phone calls, didn't do any attempts to correct their mistake. They just ignored us. We ended up paying twice for the same job and spend extra $550 to replace cracked planks. Very unprofessional! Bad Business!

Professional beyond reproach. Arrived on time, worked throughout the day diligently, cleaned up totally after each day. The job included removal of all old existing tile, fixtures etc. Installed all new plumbing, electrical and tile. The end result was excellent, picture perfect in every way. Thank You Eugene

Eugene and his crew were great, true professionals from start to finish. They always arrived when they said they would, offered suggestions for improvement on our ideas, and completed a project on time. We highly recommend them.

Eugene continues to produce high quality work for various projects related to my custom home. Most recently he: 1) Fixed a major water ingress issue on my house due to bad design and implementation by the original builder. He removed siding, replaced rotting studs, correctly flashed the deck connection to the house and replaced trim with cedar boards. 2) Finished the ceiling of the walk out area under the deck - adding gutters and bead board. 3) Put in a really slick bathroom in the basement, with heated floors, urinal, bidet, custom tiled shower enclosure with jets/rain heads etc... doing all the electrical/plumbing/tile/drywall/painting Across the board - Eugene is a perfectionist, and always made sure that I was happy with the final product - if there was ever a miscommunication - he simply 'made it right'... As a few quick examples - I bought the wrong size fan for the bathroom vent - Eugene's answer - "No Problem" - he cut out the drywall and made a new bracket. Similarly - when I wanted the shower faucets moved over a few inches - "No Problem" ... He's very easy to work with, has a really slick aesthetic, and produces a finished product that is second to none. I'm very pleased with all of the projects he's worked on.

He is not rushed like other contractors who just want to finish the job as quickly as possible and move on to the next project. He is very meticulous with the end result been awesome. We highly recommend "Home Renovation plus Construction" Eugene the owner is living up what he promised. He tells you I don’t do good work, I will make it EXCELLENT! And he did!! Attention to details, positive attitude and willingness to work through challenges were the keys to success. We were in the middle of 2 bathroom renovations, when our first contractor let us down during construction of the first bathroom, by recommendation we contacted Home Renovation plus Construction. After the stressful period we had with our previous contractor where everything was difficult or not possible and not showing up anymore, It was a relieve to have found a contractor who understood what we wanted and seemed that all our ideas were possible and no problem for Eugene.
