Riad Tile

First, the tile arrived and was packaged well. It's what happened after install that has me so upset. We ordered the checkered Bardiglio and Calcutta gold. It was about $18 per square foot. It was professionally installed. The Calcutta is cracking, the bardiglio is holding up just fine. When approached about it, Riad said that there's an issue with the subfloor and it's not the tile. However, the Bardiglio is on the same subfloor and has done just fine. They have offered no support. And the tile in my $50,000 bathroom is cracking 2 months after moving in. Installed on brand new, straight subfloor. I am so upset and I am amazed at the lack of support for a sub par product that cost a premium (both to order and install). You will see this review elsewhere, as it seems to be my only recourse.

I absolutely love Riad Tile! We used the Zellige tile in our kitchen, and it turned out absolutely gorgeous! Great quality and incredible design.

We are in love with the Casablanca cararra herringbone tile! We installed it in our kitchen and it totally transformed the space!

We used Riad for all the tile in our house. We especially loved it for our beautiful Moroccan style staircase! Such exquisite tile and great quality. They were also such a pleasure to work with! Def recommend and will continue using them for anything tile- related :)

Well, I order the Snow Zellige Riad tiles. These tiles are supposed to be brighter than their natural white. The tiles arrived and even though the tiles are supposed to have some color variation, the tiles were a solid greyish blue color that resemble their Iron Grey color. I believe they sent me the incorrect color. I tried to explained this to the owner and he refused to review the color, he refused a return and exchange, and refused a refund. After spending $696 on two boxes of the awful color tiles, after sending them several pictures of what the color looked like, which was significantly different from their pictures, and their claims of this tile being lighter than their natural white tile, the owner refused to help us with any exchanges or resolve the situation. The tiles look nothing like the many pictures posted, the owner refused to admit that the tiles they send were manufactured wrong or were the wrong color.

We are putting the finishing touches on our new home remodel and the one constant compliment I get is how gorgeous my tile looks in my kitchen. We opted for the 2x6 snow white zellige...we used a light colored grout (also, kudos to the amazing customer service who saved us from using dark grout with such textured tile...the white really looks radiant. so thank you, Riad customer service!). Moral of the story, you can't go wrong with the many selections of beautiful quality tile by Riad. We have a French Colonial home and finding the perfect tile to compliment the interior was a priority. Worth the investment to make your home interior stand out and pop! The compliments you will receive will be SO worth it! I know it was for me and my husband. We are so happy with how it turned out. We love Riad!!!

So much faster than ordering from Wayfair or another online supplier. Pay the shipping because it still will end up being less than free shipping w/ another supplier. High quality tile and super friendly customer service. So glad I found these guys. I'm in love w/ my bathroom!

So in love with the Superstar black tiles in our half bath. But more impressed with the company and the customer service we received from Riad tile.

So happy with my tile!!!! It completely changed the entire kitchen. I got the Zelliege tile in Snow, and the handmade look makes the kitchen feel so warm and inviting. Riad was so easy to work with, and helpful.

Fell in love with the Maya Tile after seeing installation photos on Instagram and other sites. The tile can make several different patterns. The Tile was perfect for my project. Follow the Instructions for Installation- my contractor did not...and it affected the look of the tile. The instructions are simple and easy to follow, .....

We are home flippers and just put the Maya White Tile in a bathroom remodel. It turned out beautifully. We can't wait to use this tile and more from Riad again! They have such unique and versatile options and their customer service was fabulous as well.
