Working with Ridgeline Construction was a wonderful experience. The process of building a home comes with many different challenges. What impressed me with Ridgeline Construction was how these challenges were addressed. Their ultimate goal was that we ended up with what we wanted. This group of individuals would go to great lengths to make sure all of our concerns were addressed and expectations were met. They were not happy if we were not 100% happy with all aspects of our home. They paid particular attention to our budget, did a great job with communication, and were able to meet deadlines. We enjoyed working with all of the team members. We began to feel as if we were working closely with good friends as opposed to just clients of a company. The design, quality, and craftsmanship in our home exceeded our expectations. We have a beautiful home thanks to all of the individuals at Ridgeline Construction. We look forward to making many memories there with our family.

My husband and I were very apprehensive building a home while living 10 hours away. Not only are we loving our home but we miss the entire experience. Ridgeline and their entire staff made the process seamless! The coordination and oversight of their subcontractors, the constant communication with us concerning each building phase, managing weekly electronic photos to be sent was exceptional! All expectations were exceeded!

They were "excellent" in every single aspect of the building process of our lake home: walking the property, design and planning, budgeting, material selection, adhering to the construction timeline, and quality craftsmanship, etc. If I could give them a 6th star, it would be for their friendliness, integrity, perfectionism, and willingness to surpass expectations. Their entire team, staff and subcontractors were a pleasure to work with. They are truly experts in the construction industry, and as a result, we truly love our home. It is gorgeous and we could not be happier.

We had a wonderful experience building our home with Ridgeline! The project was built in SC while we were living in NY and Terry and Ray supplied us with weekly updates and photos through out the process. They were very thorough with the original estimate and the project was completed on time and on budget. The quality of the work was excellent. In addition, we found them easy to work with and very accessible. In the past 4 1/2 years since the house was completed, they have stayed in touch and have assisted us with various additional projects on the property. I am an Interior Designer and found Ridgeline's team was very flexible, creative, and professional in working with my ideas for more contemporary design features. We hired Ridgeline Construction to build our dream home on Lake Keowee and they did not disappoint. It proved to be a completely enjoyable and stress free project from the moment we started to the present. Their level of professionalism and design expertise is unparalleled and we cannot recommend this group enough. We wish we could do it all over again!

I loved these guys and would give them a higher than 5 rating if I could. The entire process was based on building a high quality house, which in the end I have my awesome house. From the in-house architect and design consultant they provide (I could not have done it without that help) to the back end completion of the punch list - everything about working with Ridgeline was incredible. They are meticulous about the quality - including things like making sure the towel racks, and facets in the shower are centered. I went to look at other builders' houses and noted quickly that tile was not aligned, towel racks were not centered, basically, the quality was not there. Terry and Ray are fair, honest, hard working and I would recommend them to any and all of my friends.

Ridgeline Construction completed the construction of our home in 2011. We were very happy with the professional approach they took on all aspects of the project. Their attention to detail and complete transparency was very important to us as we lived far away during most of the construction process. Ray and Terry provided substantial information to us during the process, including weekly photos and thorough weekly phone call conferences. The project was completed on-time and in-budget, and we are very happy with the quality of the completed home. In addition, the post-project follow up items were completed promptly and with care. We would recommend Ridgeline Construction to anyone interested building in a quality home built with great attention to detail.

We worked with the Ridgeline Construction Group on the build out of our beautiful 4000sq ft condo in downtown Greenville, SC in 2014. Having never built a home from the ground up, we were unsure of the process. We had absolutely no need to worry. RCG walked us through each step, providing professional expertise as we selected everything from the floor plan to flooring, cabinetry, and tile. Rebecca Lehde, interior designer, accompanied me to all the various vendors helping me select all the finishes. Justin Campbell was our terrific supervisor providing detailed updates each and every week during the build. As out of town customers, RCG accommodated our schedule and came in on time and very close to our final budget. Last minute changes on our part increased our final price, all well worth it. Our home is beautiful. The attention to construction details and the excellent customer service makes it very easy for us to strongly recommend RCG to anyone looking to build in the Greenville area.

Our 4,900 SF house was built on time and in budget. There were no surprises. The construction was exceptional and there was no skimping on quality. Ridgeline did an exceptional job.

Ridgeline surveyed the proposed build site prior to purchase to establish whether or not the site was suitable for our hame. They planned and built a high end mountain lake home taking care to address our specific needs. The construction was accomplished while we lived out of state. Weekly progress photos were sent to use. The project manager was in frequent contact with us and readily available if we had questions or concerns. While Ridgeline was not the lowest estimate, we found that some competing builders cut cost by eliminating items that needed to be added later. The workmanship was extraordinary. I would strongly recommend, without reservation, Ridgeline Construction Group.

We contracted Ridgeline Construction Group to build our dream/retirement home on beautiful Lake Keowee in western South Carolina. What made this build unique for us was building from afar. We were living in Virginia as we were building in South Carolina. Ridgeline's constant attention to every detail along the way made this a very painless process. Terry Lawler and Ray Foral take their work and their product extremely seriously and they want nothing but the best outcome and top quality construction and finishing for their clients. I hired Ridgeline to do a complete buildout of a commercial property for use as a restaurant. To my knowledge, Ridgeline had no prior experience with such a project, but they couldn't have been more professional and competent. Ray Foral, one of the principals, obviously takes great personal pride in every job he does. What I remember most was a professionalism and intelligence that was on a level that you just don't see in the construction industry. By the end of this project, I felt like I had a partner that I could completely trust to make decisions on my behalf. To top it all off, the final tally came in under budget!
