Roel Ceramic Services has done 4 projects for me in increasing complexity and I have been impressed and completely satisfied each time. They first did a kitchen back splash which was expertly installed and made a huge difference. Their second project was to remove ceramic tile and install ceramic tile in my kitchen, powder room and entrance way. Again, I was thrilled with the results. The last two most recent projects were bathroom remodels. One was a face lift and the other was completely changing the entire bathroom footprint. It turned out amazingly. The staff is wonderful to work with, are very communicative and don't finish until you are happy. As with any project their are always hiccups, but we quickly resolved any issues and the end result was so much better than I expected. I wholeheartedly recommend this company who I have used for years. They are great people and so easy to work with.

This review is written by a Five Star, Houzz listed contractor, 15 years in business. Booked a project with Ruben at Roel two months before the project was to start. Dad and Eric arrived on site on time. They got started hanging durock and setting up their wetsaw. They also started moving the stone materials into the workspace. No issues or problems. After I was confident that they were off to a good start, I left the jobsite. 30 minutes later, got a call from Franco at their office: "they are not comfortable with the material, they are leaving". Told him not to let them leave until I could return to the jobsite (in 15 minutes). Franco texted that they had already left. Once at the jobsite, I found switchplates removed and not replaced as well as thinset splashed on the door fronts and millwork that we had just installed and protected with blankets. Frankly, I have never experienced anything like this with a contractor before. No follow-up from Roel.

Roel Cermamic provides the highest quality workmanship, professionalism and dependability. They walked us through each phase of the bathroom remodeling process making easy and stress free. We would use them again and recommend them very highly to anyone who wants a beautiful end result! Great team of professionals!

Roel Ceramic Services is an excellent contract. I highly recommend them for any job. Their work is excellent, communication is quick and professionalism is of the highest level. The price for a complete bathroom renovation on some work in our kitchen and bedroom was very good. Ruben and his crew worked very clean during our bathroom renovation and got the job done quickly without sacrificing any quality. Our new bathroom looks so good guests tell us it feels like being in a 5 star hotel spa! If you a are looking for a professional contract who does excellent work at a good price, I highly recommend Roel Ceramic.

We had a wonderful experience working with Roel Ceramics remodeling our kitchen fall 2017. They guided us through choosing everything and staying in our budget, and we love everything about it still today!

Roel Renovations, did a fantastic job for us. Bathroom, laundry room, basement refinish. The company always communicated throughout the process. Affordable, Good craftsmanship, and very easy to work with it.

We chose Roel Ceramic, a local, family business, to remodel two bathrooms after meeting with 4 companies and receiving quotes. Roel was responsive and punctual during the quote process and continued to maintain a high level of professionalism during the remodel process. Their quote was competitive for our area. I loved that they were happy to email, text or talk by phone, whatever worked best in each case for us. For our projects, we chose all of the items to install, like tile, vanities, mirrors, toilets, shower, lights as well as paint, and they managed the install process. For tasks they aren’t experts in, like shower glass install or major electric, they brought in or suggested others to handle these tasks. Most tasks, like tiling, they take care of themselves. The job had a strict deadline as I was 6 mos pregnant when we got started — and these guys kept to the schedule. We very much trusted them - they were in an out of the house via lockbox. Also, not a minor detail to me... they were nice to my barky dog !! When we saw anything we needed touched up or fixed after the major work, like an issue with caulk that cracked (we bought from store :/) they fixed it up happily. And finally, they did a beautiful job!! We are so happy to have clean, fresh, nice bathrooms.

From our first meeting, it was clear that Ruben was personable and professional. He listened to our issues, participated in the design phase, and started the renovation as promised. After removing the master bath ceiling it became clear that an upstairs toilet was leaking and the subfloor needed to be replaced. We decided to go ahead with the renovation of that room as well. Ruben's team did a great job, especially on solving problems during the reconstruction phase, and finished the work about as fast as could be expected, given the added bathroom. While the estimates provided described most of the work components, I would have preferred a more detailed breakdown of labor and materials. Overall we are very pleased with the quality of construction and tile work. We would definitely hire them again!

Excellent work! I sought estimates from a few contractors prior to selecting Roel Ceramics to install a walk-in shower new tile, flooring, and fixtures. Ruben Rivera provided great communication and updates throughout the project, incorporated changes, and explained issues clearly and kept the project on track. Their work is professional and their estimate is very fair. I have already recommended to neighbors and would hire Roel Ceramics again for future projects.

I hired this company to install my new bathroom and they did a very good job. This is a family business and my impression is: they are good people, honest and hard working. They spent time to look at the job and gave detailed advises and reasonable estimates. They cared about my concerns, spent time to help me purchasing materials and gave advises. I wanted to have some patterns on the tiles and they took my requirement seriously and made sure that the job was done as wanted. I would hire them again in future if I need similar services.

This was by far one if the most professionally managed jobs I've had done in my home.From the time the tile arrived through installation,the workers were courteous,cleaned up after themselves,and our bathroom looked like new(floor tiles,wall tiles and painting)when the job was finished
