Order (2) large casement windows for the front of my home that have been installed since June 2021. Sitting down in my living room last month and hear a pop. The inside pane of one of the casements cracked almost vertically straight up and down. Called the company on 2/2/2022 and the lady said someone would call me back. Today I called back because I got no response and again gave her all my information and by the end of the conversation she hung up on me. I never like to give out negative reviews without first trying to work with the company. It has been a month and I have not been able to speak with anyone on my issue. I would like to get the defect fixed or work with the company to repair the window but this lady that answers their phones will not connect me with anyone. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt to this company but I don't know what to do anymore. I have been a long time customer of theirs from replacing my windows in my previous home to beginning to replace in my current home. So far I have replaced only (3) windows in my current home and had issues with this same lady being rude on both of my orders. I am probably going to start shopping around for a different company after this experience. Like I stated before, this is the first issues I have had with them and its a shame cause I felt like they had a good product. Use at your own discretion. Product is good with the exception of this one window pane but customer service is subpar.

Excellent company, fantastic work, and amazing attention to detail. I've been a home owner for 30 years and never have I dealt with such an incredible company. Solon gave us so much of his time and expert suggestions. He he overlooked the progress of the jobs every in of the way. We had windows, doors, siding, and garage roof installed, and every job was preformed in a neat and timely manner. Clean-up was performed during the work so debris was never laying around. they even brought a port-a-potty on site, which to me placed this company in the highest standings. My house looks beautiful now. they're the greatest!

Chris at Royal Windows is very easy to work with. I am 100 % satisfied with how professional the crew was and the entire team. The window is absolutely beautiful and completely makes the room look brand new. There is no comparison to Royal in the level of service and detail.

The salesman from Royal arrived on time and spent many hours with me designing my front door. I knew exactly what I was getting and felt very comfortable in my choice. I had met with other companies and was not comfortable with purchasing from them. This is an expensive purchase. The installation took place on time and was extremely professional and well done. I will use them in the future for replacement windows.

We ordered two sliding patio doors from Royal Window and Doors in Commack. The salesperson Georgia first helped us and then suggested we speak with George. Both were pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. The doors were ordered and installed in the timeframe stated. The installers were professionals who were neat and organized. They went out of their way to complete the job even though there were unforeseen complications that they addressed without a problem. I would highly recommend Royal Windows and Doors.

My husband and I used Royal Windows and Doors to update our front door, dining room door and a few windows. We were very happy working with the staff, and especially with Solon who had a helpful and patient manner. The outcome was excellent and a great improvement to the outside appearance of our home. Highly Recommend for doors and windows. Chris the mechanic was excellent and did a great job on my brick house in Lynbrook. Converted a window into a door going to our deck. I am very happy with the quality of doors and windows from Royal. I do not know much about window and door and their installation but it was clear to me that the workmanship was excellent (compared to the ways the previous doors and windows were installed) and that this time everything was done the way it should be. Before I made a decision to hire Royal, I made a visit to their shop and checked out all displays and the fabrication process, and I was quite impressed . Royals' products are definitely of a higher quality. Solon from Royal came when the job was done to check and showed me the features. I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend Royal.
