My brother had his home built by Riussell Meyers in 2019. We fell in love with their house and decided to reach out to Russell to build our new home. Russell was with us every single step of the way. Even before we owned the land, he came out to the lot, made sure it would accommodate the home we desired to build and even brought an architect. We waited for Covid to slow down and then began construction. Our home was completed several months before many other homes that broke ground half a year before ours. We could not be happier. Even now, three months after we are in, Russell stands by his work. Keep in mind, my wife and I can be nervous Nellies and building a house from scratch felt overwhelming. Russell's calm demeanor and assurances made the process wonderful.

We interviewed several contractors and Russell immediately stood out because of his professionalism, punctuality, positive attitude, and follow through. We live out of state and felt very comfortable with the strong communication throughout the process. He was in the condo actively supervising every aspect of the project. We regularly received pictures and videos in addition to video chats as needed. He also has excellent insight and design sense so we trusted his recommendations and have been completely satisfied. He has a list of people he trusts that also provide high quality products so we easily chose cabinets, countertops, tile, plumbing, and appliances for our complete renovation. Russell also has excellent knowledge of the construction business and products so we felt very comfortable with him. Russell’s organization and timeline made the entire process of renovating very seamless and easy. He provides a budget up front that clearly delineates the costs so there are no surprises. He also clearly gives you a timeline and he actually finished ahead of schedule which was awesome. Our complete condo renovation is amazing- it exceeded our expectations and we are so excited to enjoy our new space.

We highly recommend using Meyers Properties. We used them to completely renovate our condominium while we were living in a different state during the Pandemic. They exceeded our expectations on every aspect of the job. They were reliable, timely, clean and their workmanship was outstanding. They even worked well with the building management to coordinate deliveries and work schedules which can be very difficult in a condominium. Their communication was outstanding as we used video conferencing to deal with any construction issues and material choices. We felt very comfortable with their knowledge of products, professionalism, communication and they stayed very close to their timeline even during the Pandemic. Meyers Properties just completed a major renovation in our condo in Highland Beach. We replaced the floors and carpeting in the apartment with all new flooring. We gutted and remodeled our kitchen and laundry room to make the spaces more functional. During the project, we made some additional updates to the condo. The project was completed in a timely manner. Russell listened to what we wanted and made great suggestions. At our first meeting he brought an architect with him to assist us in what could and couldn’t be done. All the vendors Russell recommended were on top of their game. They all gave us great ideas as to the latest trends, while taking into consideration our likes and dislikes. The vendors were easy to work with and responsive. Russell’s attention to detail was fantastic. If he wasn’t sure about an issue, we spoke until it was resolved to both of our satisfaction. We were not in town during the renovation, and we faced-timed on items to be resolved. One item was the tile layout. During these numerous discussions, he and his vendor provided us with many options until we decided on what we wanted. Russell’s responses to email, texts, and phone calls were quick. Once we signed the contract and gave our deposit, we started to pick out items. Russell took over the project, paid and dealt with vendors directly. If there were questions or decisions to be made, we were involved in the process. Our punch list items were completed in a timely manner. We have done other renovation projects, and this was by far our best experience. We give Meyers Properties and Russell Meyers a five-star rating. He was a pleasure to work with.

I contracted Meyers properties to put an addiction on my house. We were leaving to go north for the summer soon after I gave them the contract. We left and crossed our fingers that this addition would happen without us. Russell Meyers kept in contact with us with phone calls texts and photos. Progress continued as did phone calls,texts,and photos. Russell kept advising me things were on schedule even with the COVID 19 pandemic in full swing. When we arrived back to our house the job was done. The new addition was completed as per drawing lift clean and ready to move in!! A couple days later after checking the job throughly I called Russell. Everything was as requested. It was perfect. This was the easiest construction job I have ever had done. We recently completed three substantial construction projects with MEYER Properties. We decided to turn our Mediterranean style home into a Transitional home, and Russell helped us from start to finish, including sourcing and working with an architect, review of design, sourcing of materials, and selection of finishes. The three projects included a major interior renovation, a complete redo of our pool deck, and finally in 2020, a major exterior remodel. Working with Russell was an extremely positive experience. He provided a very detailed scope of work, set our expectations, and then proceeded to exceed those expectations in every respect. Even with all the complications of working through a global pandemic, Russell completed all the work smoothly and timely. MEYERS' subcontractors were professional, polite, friendly, and clean. Even our neighbors, who were of course at times inconvenienced by all the construction, were complimentary about how respectful the workers were to their concerns and their space. Russell and his team were extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of each of the projects, and helped us to make the best decisions at every crossroad. Russell was personally very present throughout the entire suite of projects, not only from beginning to end, but also post-project to tie up any loose ends and stand behind their work. In the end, they provided nothing but the very best and highest quality work. Projects like ours can be very stressful and many things can go wrong, but Russell and MEYERS Properties completed everything on time and on budget and made the whole experience smooth and even enjoyable. I was entering into a venture that all ,not one, not 10 Friends and acquaintances but everyone told me is a nightmare .. the cost is more than contracted for , the completion time was past due , the GC is often not honest , and not detailed . In fact this was not the case using Russel Meyers The cost was almost to the dollar as stated . The completion date days sooner than expected. Russel never neglected me , nor this project and came through with 99% of the promises he made. Returned all correspondence in a timely manner and his suggestions were well thought out , taken and successfully implemented I am thrilled now that Russel completed the work I will recommend him , and his vendors highly . May everyone have the success that I did .

Working in the industry has led me to meet GCs from the lowest to the highest caliber...Russell and his team are the pinnacle of those contractors. He and his team have set the bar exceptionally high and I believe clients would be hard pressed to find a contractor with his extreme care, perfectionism and temperament. His open book approach is so refreshing, when I hear his lead times, accurate costs and legitimate advise I take it as fact! I am never disappointed. I would unreservedly recommend the Meyers team!
