I contacted Ben at Bluewater Stainless after our builder Richard Gamble recommended him for the installation of a glass balustrade on our new patio. I desperately wanted the entire job done just over a week later in order the have it finished before my daughter's third birthday party. Ben advised me that it would be unlikely to have it done in that timeframe as it generally takes more that two weeks to order the products in for the job. He told me he will see what he can do and arranged for me to meet with Cathy in the workshop to take my order and show me examples of the stainless steel spigots and glass panels. I liked the fact that there was no empty promises and at the same time I knew they genuinely cared and would make every effort possible to help. We started considering a different venue for the party, but just a few days later got contacted by Cathy to inform us that the delivery of the products will be in time and that Ben will fit us in between other jobs to get the installation done. Although it seemed effortless for the team at Bluewater Stainless to complete the job in time , we know it took a lot to make it all happen, from Cathy's emails and phone calls (I didn't once have to chase any information and was kept up to date throughout the whole process), to Ben delivering the finishing touches on the Saturday morning before the party! Needless to say the party was a big success and we received endless compliments on the the patio, which really is a compliment to Bluewater Stainless. We just want to say a big thank you to Ben and his team at Bluewater Stainless! We will without a doubt recommend your exceptional service to all our friends!
