They are family owned company and with that, it is evident, comes a level of integrity and vested interest in the production of a superior quality product and overall customer satisfaction - and products that are crafted in America. The courtesy and professionalism presented when speaking with them in their demeanor and attitude puts you immediately at ease when combined with their seemingly infinite product knowledge. Being in the construction industry, I see a lot of shutters, and I can tell you these are the best I've seen. In a world now filled with cheap imports and products made from lesser quality materials, craftsmanship and hardware - these shutters, I have no doubt, will outlast most anything I've seen in recent years. Pricing is comparable, but there is no comparing the quality. Lead times are reasonable, they take care to package the product carefully, instructions are detailed with diagrams and written so they are easily understood, the product arrived timely and free of damage and to exacting specifications and measurements. They even do custom work - I sent a paint chip for color matching the shutter to an accent wall in our office (sometimes a risky thing to do) and the match was spot on!! I've referred them multiple times without hesitation as the opportunity has presented itself, both locally and nationally, and I've heard nothing but rave reviews in response.
