Teale Architecture

SC Homes are the most design and innovative builder. As an architect, when I ask a builder for something they haven't done before it is fantastic when their response is, "I don't see why we can't do that". This is very rare. The team at SC Homes work well together to make the build go smoothly and they seem to find qualified subcontractors and suppliers that are efficient and cost effective. There is low stress working with SC Homes in fact they are the most pleasant, actually fun people to work with I think because Scott Cross while intense about his work always has a smile.

SC Homes did a full kitchen remodel that included moving walls, custom cabinetry, 100% new appliances etc. I utilized their expertise to help me make decisions every step of the way. It was really nice to find a contractor who felt more like a partner in the project than a hired hammer. Not only did the kitchen come out amazing, but they found safety issues with my electrical and gas lines from the original construction of my home (in 1968) and helped me make it a safer place to live. Love these guys and wouldn't hesitate to call them for my next project.

I recently had the privilege of working with Scott Cross of SC Homes, Inc. alongside of Summer Perry. Scott is one of the most diligent, hard working, hands on builder's I've ever had the opportunity to do business with. He is patient, accommodating, great at providing direction and, most importantly, incredibly knowledgeable about the in's and out's of the neighborhood he's building in. I was a host and designer on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and SC Homes were generous enough to donate their time and resources to help us build a home. Not only was EVERYONE on their crew amazing, the job they were able to pull off in a week speaks to their professionalism and quality craftsmanship. I am still close with the owners of the home, and have visited the home many times over the past 7 years. It is still in amazing shape! I would recommend this team from your biggest project, to your smallest repair. They are professional, easy to work with, provide quality work, and best of all...they are good, honest people that will make you feel like you hired a contractor with heart and dedication.
