Schulz Construction worked on 2 projects for us, a small renovation initially, and then a full-scale renovation designed by Architect Matthew Hansen. We couldn't be happier with our project, and it was a real pleasure working with Graham, Nicole and their team. I have already recommended them to many friends, and would be happy to be a reference at any time. They delivered high quality work, deep craftsmanship, and acted with the highest integrity at all times.

We hired Graham Schultz to do a reno on an 60 year old rancher that we had just purchased. Our goal was to have a modern "aging in place" home that would also fit the needs of frequent house guests and entertaining large numbers. We were given an itemized budget at the beginning and many updates throughout. We encountered many "behind the walls" problems, but Graham was great at communicating the problem, the solution(s) and the cost associated with it. All of the tradesmen that were working on the site were highly respectful. The coordinating of trades was very good and there was very little wasted time. Graham and his staff were also very good at making sure that our neighbours were inconvenienced as little as possible. Niki Schulz was very helpful in keeping us focused in an orderly fashion on the many decisions that had to be made for the interior. She would meet us at the various suppliers and help us to narrow down our choices and make suggestions. Overall, we were very pleased with our new home. It was a pleasure working with Schulz Construction.

The Schulz Team took us through a major reno to our Lynn Valley bungalow -we took our house down to the studs and rebuilt it, adding a third floor. The work was top quality and the experience was awesome. We love our new home and appreciated the professional care and attention provided by Schulz Construction.

I have had the pleasure of working with Niki and Graham on several projects and must say they are great to work with. Professional, respectful, very organized and just nice people are a few attributes that come to mind. I supply custom closets and organizing systems and from what I have observed, they have great trades people and build a quality product. I would call them if I needed a reno or new home built!

We wanted to renovate our downstairs space to make it better for rental. Some of the work we wanted to do ourselves and some we wanted to have our known electricians do. Schulz construction was amazing. Communication was so easy and they were so reliable, responsible and helpful even on the parts we did. Their ideas truly made a big difference and their workers were friendly and very hard working. They wasted no time and did not leave us hanging between their other jobs even though we were juggling our own schedule. Also, we were small potatoes compared to a new build but we were never made to feel that way. They took us just as seriously as if we were a big client. We simply cannot recommend Graham Schulz and his workers too highly, and, no, we are not related!
