We had a domestic roof replacement. Scott and his son did a great job explaining the products, warranties, scope of work, time it would take, and of course costs. They did exactly what they said they would do, for the price quoted, and on time. They answered all of our questions before, during, and after construction and performed all post construction touch-up we required. They were there on site or on the phone within hours. I do multibillion dollar construction management and I would give this company very high ratings for the work they accomplished for me.

I had my roofing work done after the old roof had a series of leaks and general deterioration. Scott and his team removed the old shingles and underlayment and installed new materials quickly and professionally. The work was coordinated with gutter and house painting work as well. The new roofing has withstood more than four years and still looks new with no degradation.

We originally just needed someone to redo a very poor installation job from another company. Howevever, once we saw the quality o the windows, and the vey high quality of the installation we decided to have them replace all the windows in our house.

Scott McCoy gets my highest recommendation. I researched extensively to decide the exact specifications I wanted on my new roof. He took the time to help me understand the value proposition for each trade-off. His communication skills are outstanding and we negotiated a fair price and an excellent warranty. I actually took the time (retired CPA) to detail a should cost analysis on the job and his quote was within 3%! I also contracted Home Right Solutions to complete some repairs on my house concurrent with the roof replacement. The roof was completed in one day (remove and replace) and there were no surprises when we came across rotten decking once the old roof was removed. Scott had told me it was likely some decking would need to be replaced and we agreed to a fixed cost (labor and material) for each 4' x 8' section before the job started. The roof (30 lb. felt, 30 year architectural shingles, new ridge vents, flashing, ice and water shield etc.) was completed in one day on the day the job was scheduled. Scott refused payment the day the new roof was installed because the other contracted repairs were not complete. When they were completed a few days later, only then would he invoice and take payment . It's been 20 months and we have NO PROBLEMS at all with the roof. My experience dealing with Scott was the best experience I have ever had with a Contractor in my entire adult life. His bid was not the lowest (or the highest) but after interviewing him and asking questions, I believed he was the Contractor I wanted to work with and I do not regret the decision. He earns my highest recommendation and I did not know of him or his company prior to this experience.

I called Home Right Solutions after having several shingles blow off of my roof in a wind storm. Scott came out, looked at my roof and recommended I have an adjuster look at it. He also came out and met with my adjuster to make sure that all of the concerned areas were addressed. My insurance company approved a new roof and in no time Home Right Solutions was out to replace my roof, so that no further damage would occur. Scott and his crew replaced my roof in a single day.
