Secret Garden and Learning Center

My husband and I purchased several trees and plants from the Secret Garden in Chelsea, AL the 2nd week of July. I initially had conversations/emails with Owner Michelle. Michelle is no longer with the company as of the end of July. I received an email from Michelle stating if I had problems or concerns to contact the new owner, Hector. Well, not even two weeks passed and several of the trees began to turn brown and die. We purchased 10 large 6 foot Arborvitae trees, 5 small ones, 3 spiral arborvitae tree, 9 limelight hydrangeas, sunshine ligustrums and we had border placed in the yard around the garden. We have received an overly amount of rain in Pelham, AL and we have watered our yard continuously as instructed. Several of the large arborvitae trees are turning brown at the base and one small arborvitae has completely died. My husband and I have called and called trying to speak to Hector and he doesn't return our phone calls. We have to stop by the shop to speak with personnel because they won't return our calls. My husband went there and left his business card and they finally sent someone out, but nothing was done. I have been to the shop several times and Hector continuously tells us that he is coming out. This has been going on now for 4+ weeks. He tries to soothe the situation by giving free vegetables when we go there, or to say the heat is causing the trees to turn brown. The small one is completely dead and we have done everything that he has told us. I would like the small tree replaced. We spent a good amount of money for the services, for him to not come and see the trees that he planted. I'm really frustrated. When calling the main number, 205-678-2411, it doesn't work. I'm fortunate to have a secondary number for the shop when I had correspondence with Michelle which is 205-677-2154.
