We enjoyed working with Sandeep and Hirin on our extension and home renovation. They were professional and thoughtful in their approach, listened to our visions and ideas and were helpful in guiding us through the planning application process. When initial quotes came in higher than expected for our initial idea they worked with us on revising our plans such that we could still achieve our dream home within our budget.

We approached Sandeep & Hiren as soon as we got our keys to our new home, and they were so quick in arranging site surveys to get the planning process going straightaway. They are very accommodating with the a changes we required and the advice they gave us was exceptional. Even though we had a hold up with the planners Sandeep came up with solutions to give us the space we needed and to keep the planners happy! We are very happy with the level of service provided and would recommend them to anyone doing a new project. We used SH2 for our extension and renovation project after we had chosen the wrong builder for our project. SH2 came on board and helped us redraw our drawings , help select a new builder and project managed the build to a lovely finish. We decided to use SH2 for our full refurb from the planning and drawing stage, to project management up to completion. My wife and I had an idea of what we wanted. Sandeep and Hiren took those ideas and elevated those ideas to much more than we could envisage. At the procurement and construction stage, their knowledge was invaluable. From putting us in contact with the right suppliers and twice weekly site visit, helped us not only getting the project finished on time, but to the highest standard and within budget. Thanks SH2

We used SH2 Consulting for our extension/Renovation project. They were involved through out the whole project from design to completion, acting as our Architects and then Project Managing. Our experience with them throughout the project was fantastic, and we would not hesitate for a second to recommend them. Sandeep and Hiren are great to get along with and have made the whole experience more enjoyable and less stressful for us. During the design/application process they were very helpful and managed to push our design further than we thought we would be able to, and we managed to get our application accepted with our first submission. For the build and project management phase, they helped us with Tendering and securing a contractor. From there they managed and guided the whole process keeping on top of the ongoing works and scheduling. Although having a project manager is an extra cost to budget at the beginning, this is more than offset by savings made by 1/avoiding costly mistakes via their supervision, 2/Reducing delays, and 3/through their supplier contacts. The guys held our hand throughout the whole process and we are glad me came across them. A Big thank you to SH2!!

Sandeep and Hiren were great to work with and provided us with great ideas in helping shape our new home. Throughout the entire process, they were very receptive, and helpful and answered all of our questions. Despite the ongoing pandemic, their response time was prompt, and they gave very useful advice. When initially designing our new home they listened to what we had to say and suggested many ideas of their own which was greatly helpful considering we had never undertaken a project on this scale. Overall, I would highly recommend SH2 for any renovation or building work you plan on undertaking
