From the moment we walked in to Shaw Stone we knew it was going to be the RIGHT choice. Helen took time with us and guided us through the process. The quote was very fair & the quartz choice was excellent. The fitters we courteous and very tidy. The kitchen looks FABULOUS! We highly recommend Shaw Stone.

I had heard good things about Shaw Stone but was a little reticent as I'm based in London and they are not! But all my queries were dealt quickly and professionally and it really made no difference at all. I wanted an amazing looking worktop that wasn't expensive (don't we all?!). Rob and his team helped me find one in my budget range that fitted the bill. This wasn't easy as I wanted quite a big island! They were happy to send me samples and they have a really wide selection of products. Installation went very smoothly. Someone came to template my worktops and gave me some really helpful advice. My worktops were fitted on time and look amazing. Would def. recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish. We had booked to have our worktops with another company, but changed our minds when we started to have problems and read their reviews. From booking to being fitted was 3 weeks fantastic service.

Kath on site at Shaw Stone was really helpful, and found some great offcuts to chose from for my kitchen island. When it was delivered it looked superb. And the two guys who delivered it, and carried out some remedial work to my existing worktops did a fantastic job at cutting radius corners and polishing up....I am so pleased with the results. So thanks again everyone, I am delighted with everything you have done, and will be happy to recommend.

This particular kitchen is one of many projects that we have collaborated with ShawStone on. Matching a beautiful display kitchen we have in our showroom; our client chose this Silestone - composite "Lyra" in one of our +Segmento: Polar White high gloss Poggenpohl Kitchens. The overall result was fantastic and ShawStone's work was first class as always. This left a very satisfied client and end product.

Initially extremely helpful and courteous, however, the written instructions provided by Shaw Stone very soon showed that this company expects to be able to breeze in, measure up and deliver and install with no fuss. In reality the templater did actually complete some work which I was supposed to do although I would have needed both joiner and templater on site together to get a better understanding on these requirements. The original quote was then amended by Shaw Stone due to some 'alleged' extra cutting which, when challenged by me, was never truly explained to my satisfaction. Here, we were only talking about £10, yet they continued to insist that they were right. At this stage the relationship got very frosty and if it wasn't for the fact that we were along the road so far, I would have gladly cancelled the contract. Overall the workmanship was excellent with only one minor problem which I noticed after the installation but decided to work around it myself without exacerbating the already bad feelings. My caveat to any prospective customers of Shaw Stone Ltd is just to make sure you understand all their very demanding preparations which are your responsibility and watch out for all those seemingly insignificant extras which will eventually and inevitably make the initial quote bear no relevance to your final bill.
