I am glad to see Shignanski getting the recognition and reviews that they deserve. My wife and I used them for a new cabin build and couldn't be happier with the end result. Justin, Kurt and the rest of the team made the experience amazing! Always taking time to explain or making time to discuss fine details, there wasn't anything we weren't afraid to ask for or discuss. We felt we had a voice at every step of the process. Whether it was the work done by the subcontractors or the finishing work done by their in house crews, the work was beyond what I expected....organized, neat and tidy. After seeing the 'quality of work' and slop done in my own house, I wish I could have them re-build it! They are a local company that take immense pride in their work, showing that they focus on quality....not quantity! We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.....Thanks Justin, Kurt and the rest of the Crew at Shignanski.

To Whom It May Concern; We would just like to thank Shignanski Construction for doing a wonderful job on are kitchen renovation! All the crew and tradesman were very professional and kept the work site very cleaned at the end of each day. The renovation took 2 week longer than what was excepted due to circumstances beyond their control. This was due to permits, inspections and dealing with the cabinet maker. We would highly recommend any one using Shignanski Construction for there renovation! We will use their services again in the near future! Thank you Terry and Heather Newton

I would highly recommend Shignanski Construction to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy contractor. From Start to Finish, Shignanski helped us shape and complete our renovation for our dream kitchen. Their workers were polite, respectful and competent. Work was done in a timely manner and the project development was communicated to us on a regular basis. Their suppliers were helpful and had an excellent selection of product and their subcontractors were knowledgeable and did excellent work. Shignanski was always quick to address and resolve any issues or concerns we had. We are so happy with the finished product and the work they have done. If we have any other home renovations moving forward, we will definitely hire Shignanski Construction for the project again.

My wife and I would like to take this time to thank Shignanski Construction Inc for helping us change our kitchen from outdated and unpractical to our dream Kitchen. From the first time we met with Justin to the dealings with his Project Manager Gerry we found them to be understanding and willing to accept the numerous changes we continued to throw their way. The trade’s people that came into our house to perform the work were very particular in the jobs they performed, very accommodating to what we wanted. We are extremely happy with the transformation of our kitchen, from old and outdated to modern and open concept. We welcome anyone to come and see the workmanship that Justin and his team performed to perfection. We would highly recommend Shignanski Construction Inc to anyone whom required work to be done in their home. We had Shignanski Construction do our dream basement renovation. From the initial meeting through to the final picture taking, they were extremely professional and courteous. I loved the fact that they were collaborative in their approach, taking and making suggestions, but never pressuring us into decisions. They delivered exactly what we wanted and all on time and on budget.

We used Shignanski Construction to build a new bedroom in our home. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish with our project. They were professional, hard working and very courteous! They did terrific work and we are very happy with our new bedroom. They finished our project well within the time frame we expected. They were wonderful and we will use them again soon on our home! We would recommend them to anyone that needs home renovations done!

Shignanski helped us complete our renovation in our home and did a wonderful job. The workmanship was perfect, the contractors were respectable. The Shignanski staff was easy to deal with for issues. they communicate well. Dan, the project manager was always available to answer questions. Overall we're thrilled with the way the house turned out. I would recommend them:)

I hired Shignanski to redo my kitchen and some other work on my main floor. Work was excellent, all the staff I dealt with were extremely polite and pleasant. And very neat. At the end of each day, everything would be cleaned and tidied up. I would gladly deal with again.

Tierra Sol Ceramic Tile has had a great relationship with Shignanski Construction for the past two years supplying them with their ceramic/porcelain tile requirements on their projects. Personally, having been in the construction industry for the past fifteen years and having worked with and supplied building material to all types and sizes of general contractors I can say that Shignanski Construction is a company that prides itself on high quality workmanship by utilizing high quality materials in their projects. The staff are very friendly and are great to work with and whenever there has been a supply issue on my end they are very cordial in notifying me. They don't "yell and scream" and from a suppliers standpoint, those are the customers you truly appreciate working alongside. Look forward to working and supplying Tile to a great company for many years to come. Wouldn't hesitate one bit for Shignanski Construction to work on a project for me.
